Services
There is a $35 nonrefundable application fee for each application payable with a credit card at the time the application is filled out. You will receive an email to setup your FREE online portal to pay your security deposit. We only hold a property and take it off of the market once we have completed leases and receive your security deposit.
We can make an appointment to view any of our available properties by calling our office during normal business hours at 304-723-RENT / 304-723-7368. We strongly suggest that all Applicants view the interior of the property that they are interested in leasing prior to submitting an application. If you decide you want to rent one of our homes you can refer to our Application Process.
Securing all utilities for home, unless otherwise provided and insuring they are uninterrupted. Minor repairs to your home, including, but not limited to, replacing light bulbs and clogged drains. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 5th. Rent must be in our office by the end of the business day on the 4th of the month in order to not incur a late payment penalty.
We are a Real Estate Management and Construction & Restoration company based in the Weirton, WV and Steubenville, OH areas seeking a Construction and Maintenance Professional- Jack of all trades. Will be responsible for home repairs, getting homes ready to rent, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, siding, windows, doors, painting, cleanouts, landscaping, Etc.

After my grandmother residing at the apartments in the country club villas for two years they finally decided to for e her to move because of our multiple maintenance requests. These buildings are full of mold and rodents . The maintenance does very little to maintain the property . And when confronted with having to make the repairs the management just does a “non renewal “ of lease. Which they did to my 87 year old grandmother who was never late a day on her rent, apartment was kept immaculate and they even kept up on their own lawn because the “landscapers” were absolutely horrible.

We have been with Orecchio Properties for over 10 yrs. If you have maintenance issues, you can go on the portal to let them know and they send someone to fix it in a very timely manner. They also ask permission before they enter the property. I really have enjoyed my experience with them. They are always willing to work with you.

Orecchio Properties employees are very friendly, courteous and responsive. They always answer my calls promptly and provide all the information I need. They take good care of their properties and show genuine care for the comfort and wellbeing of their tenants. Their on-line portal is very easy to use for making rental payments and maintenance requests. The maintenance personnel are always prompt, efficient and friendly. My home away from home. My Name is Rey and I am from the Philippines. Orecchio is my home now. I have been in my apartment since June 2018. Strategically located so close to my workplace, Mall, and church. I feel so comfortable since the time I started living here. They are awful. They are out to get your security deposit. They never give it back. I cleaned everything even washed walls. There was a dog there previously and they said there wasn't but it was on the paperwork from the first walk through. They told us that the apartment smelled of dog urine. When I asked to check it out, they told me no. They sued me for $2,500. For just the carpet and what the previous dog did. So, they probably charged the previous tenants for the door and they never fixed it. Do NOT rent from these people. They are in it to make money and they definitely make it off of people

I thought moving out of my parents' house was going to be scary, and I won't lie, working a minimum wage job with my brother, I figured we were going to have to live paycheck to paycheck just to afford the place. As it turns out, the rent is VERY agreeable and I've yet to have a single problem with the rental, the neighbors, or the owners. Everyone is very pleasant, and the most important thing is that all of the facilities are within walking distance. I feel very safe and comfortable living here, and will always be a happy memory for me! Don't hesitate to contact them if you're thinking about

Great properties great staff. I've rented off of Mr. Orecchio for 10+ years. 3 different units 3 different towns. All properties i occupied were very up to date and in good areas for children. Any time i needed something fixed or had any other concerns they were addressed in timely manner. I would recommend Orecchio Properties to any growing family or working professional.
