Make It Mine was founded in 1994 by husband and wife team, Wayne and Barbara Conroy, as a humble out-of-home operation. Through years of first-rate quality and service, the couple built the business from a quiet garage project into an active storefront on West Main Avenue in Morgan Hill, CA. Ordered a gift on the 22nd of December, this company had the bright idea to offer multiple forms of shipping so i took the 2 day shipping at $28.00 expecting it to get here by the 24th... I mean why would they offer it if it wouldn't be here on time? Anyways long story short is that it's the 31st and I still don't have what i ordered... you have to email them to contact them and it took 7 days for anyone to respond, even when they did they blamed covid and said i wouldn't recieve any refund for shipping and that things are made by hand. Horrible product. Doesn't even work properly. My girlfriend was being totally positive about it to and tried to "relive the experience" as it shows on back of card but still would not pop or open as it should have. Also the pictures printed were horrible and scratches on ink all over. There was also a misprint on the typed message (which may have been my fault when typing in message) but come on really? overall the product was horrible. Don't buy, save your money and spend elsewhere.

Earlier this year Make it Mine helped my company create a small order of custom embroidered polo shirts for our staff at a local Small Business Expo event. The shirts exceeded our expectations and the detail on the logo was perfect. The staff at Make It Mine was super helpful in matching our logo colors exactly and output a few proofs for us to choose from so we could get it exactly right. Worst customer service yet I received the package and it was ripped they won't send another one. After several email with several different responses they wanted a picture I sent it. Then they wanted me to pay to mail back the pieces ripped? I would have had no problem if they sent me something to mail them back in.

I am happy to work where the people are great, the quality is fabulous and there are no minimums! Besides great embroidery, we also offer digital printing on light AND dark items, screen printing and laser engraving.
Of course we offer more services!! Come see us!
We are open Monday-Saturday 8:30-5:00 and look forward to being of service to you.

HORRIBLE!!! I didn't even want to give 1 star, but had no choice. I've been coming to Make it Mine for as long as I can remember and I've NEVER had a problem. Brought a jersey in to put a name/number on the back. It was suppose to be done the following Thursday (1 week later). Today is Friday, 8 days later, and I never heard from them. Called them to check the status and the gal finds the jersey and says it's not ready. I can tell it wasn't even touched for the past 8 days. She tells me to come in after 3 today. Showed up after 3 and it was STILL not touched and was told

I had recently went here to get a jacket made for my birthday. The lady at the front was very rude and unwilling to help me. When I asked her questions, she acted like my question was ridiculous and couldn't answer it. She said if I would write down my email she would be able to give me a quote and they never sent me an email. I ended up going somewhere else where they had great customer service and super friendly. This is the third time I have tried to get something made and they have been rude every single time. Definitely will never ever try to come here again.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I needed 8 custom logo tee shirts all different sizes in just 3 days. I truly thought it was impossible but Barbara and Terry said they would make it happen and sure enough they did! I was so excited with both the tee shirts (size 6 months to large mens). They had me pick the color, style and sizes and I sent a screen shot of what I had in mind and 3 days later it was ready for pick up. The price was so good too!

I came in one day to have them help me embroider a note on a blanket I made. It was a simple job but still they needed a few days to do it so definitely call in advance to know how early you must bring it in! The woman at the desk stressed how difficult the spacing would be (oops sorry) but thankfully it came out beautifully and the recipient adores the personal touch on the blanket!

I was in a jam when I asked MIM to fill my order. I was ready to concede that it would be impossible to get 13 team t-shirts in time for Ragnar Napa Valley 2015. MIM is a local business that I checked with and I am glad that I did. The owner was very clear that certain types of T-shirt designs take longer or are more difficult to make (black t-shirts with tiny white lettering, for example). However, I was flexible with the order and this enabled MIM to find a way to meet my deadline. The day after placing my order, someone from MIM personally contacted me and suggested a better design for the T

I've been a customer here for several years mainly because there are no other embroidery shops in Morgan Hill. Their work is often spotty and the customer service is poor at best. Also, be prepared to wait several weeks or more for the most basic jobs. I recently had a very expensive clothing item ruined because they embroidered it in the wrong location. I was given a partial refund but only after arguing with the clerk. I'm still out several hundred dollars. If you value your time and property, look elsewhere.
