Services
A $35 flat rate embroidery digitizing fee is your first step to your embroidery project. Before I can quote your project, we need to know the stitch count of your art. San Jose Screenprinting offers a fully refundable digitizing charge. Once you approve the digitized art and you make your garment choice, we will submit a quote to you.
Our sublimation products have special coating that is unique to our company and the sublimation process. When the ink on the transfer paper is heated to a specific temperature it will begin to evaporate from the paper and adhere onto the coating. Without the special coating, the sublimation ink will not adhere to the product.

Dean Walker knows his business and is more cost-effective than anything else you'll find, including far-off unknown internet shops. He has delivered early on every job by at least one day. We went from having zero visual representation other than the shirts on our backs, to having our identity splashed at you from all angles while at our trade show here in San Jose, CA. He has not seen the last of PrimaLuceLab. Grazie mille.

It was a pleasure working recently with Dean from San Jose Screen Printing. I had asked him to design and print tote bags for San Jose Birthright at a reasonable price. All of our work was done over the phone. I gave him some ideas and he ran away with it and created beautiful, neat bags. When he was designing he would send me different variations for critique. The designs were always so good. I chose a beautiful blue with the logo, name and tagline. I was so happy working with Dean and his quick turn around.

I have worked with Dean on two critical projects on tight timelines for my organization, and both times, Dean's work exceeded my expectations. The first project was for a small number of shirts, the second was for a bulk order.

I had an amazing experience with Dean, he was very direct and asked me a number of important questions to determine whether it would be beneficial to proceed with him or not.
I went to his home where he operates from and we had great conversations about how long he has done this for and looked through his amazing work. I instantly felt the amount of love and pride he puts into his work which is something that is missing from a lot of the other places out there.
I can't recommend Dean enough if you're looking for high quality screen prints!

Dean and his crew are fantastic!!! I have used them to print T-shirts for our volunteers at an annual health fair and they are always done on time, affordable and, best of all, Dean to share his experience in layout/formatting to make sure the end result looks great! We have now used San Jose Screenprinting for five years running and greatly appreciate Dean's professionalism, dedication and integrity. My daughter's cheer team decided they were going to have football jerseys screen printed with their class mascot, nicknames, and grad date '18. Only 6 jerseys. But they had purchased 100% polyester jerseys in advance! Then they asked if I could find someone to print them in 2 days. Yes two days!!
No one would touch the order. But This shop did! And they did a great job! The service was great! Girls are so very happy!! I will be calling them if I ever have another job. Thanks for making me the cool mom!

Total fail, disorganized. Granted, I needed 1 apron turned around in 4 days but it was a total fail on their part. Lost all FOUR of my emails, didn't take note of all the contact info on those emails. Find out at 10am day of my costume party that it won't be ready. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have a month lead time and time to call every single day to ensure they remember their commitments. HOT MESS of a company. Definitely sharing this fail with my 500 friends on FB in the San Jose area.

Amazing service! I called a lot of printers on my side of the hill (Santa Cruz) and no one could help me with silk screening in time or give me an accurate idea of the process or costs. I left a message on the voice mail here and was I glad to hear someone call me back asap. Dean explained the process, worked with me with a limited window of time, had easy to understand fees/options, and lastly helped me create both an incredible and affordable shirt for my beach party! I teach art at a continuation high school and had an ad on craigslist for some materials I was looking for. Dan replied and donated a carload of screen printing materials to our class, he even took the time to wash out the screens before I picked them up. Dan also offered other resources that I could reach out to to find more materials that we might need.

I am impressed with the quality and attentive service at San Jose Screenprinting. Dean was especially accomodating on a last minute t-shirt screenprinting that required some graphics art work and several adjustments. He set the expectation and deadlines up front, walked me through the process, and followed through very effectively.
Thanks to Dean we were able to get our t-shirts in time for our event, at a level of quality better than our previous screenprinter, and now plan to use them for all of our screenprining needs.

I needed t-shirts made for a family reunion. Dean did a great job on editing the pictures and the final design was great! He did the job with such a quick turn around in a variety of sizes and styles. Everybody received what they wanted and were very pleased. I even miscounted and Dean made me up a shirt in a two hour window as an emergency! Great company! i would recommend them to family and friends and intend to use them in the future! I am totally impressed with this company. I sent an email to them on Tuesday afternoon around 2:30PM. I needed one t-shirt for an event today, Wednesday 8/7. They contacted me I told them what I wanted, it was ready for me in record time, and it came out fantastic! I needed to have a poster picture of "Gone with the Wind" on the shirt. Very professional.

I inquired with 'dANNY8bALL' at SJ Screenprinting about doing some t-shirt printing for me and his response was (unprovoked) VERY hostile and VERY rude - I didn't deserve it at all. I say forget them! There's just waaayyy too many other printers out there that are much better business people and have basic common decency. Buyer Beware!
