We are a small animal veterinary clinic located in the Marshall Shopping Center in Marshall, Virginia. Our services include wellness care with emphasis on preventative medicine for every life stage, client education, pain management, an in-house laboratory, surgery, radiography, high quality dental services including scaling, polishing, extractions and dental radiography as well as home dental care instructions all in a comfortable and inviting environment.
Our goal is to provide the most appropriate care to see pets through every life stage and to help our clients make the best medical decisions for their best friends to ensure a long and healthy life.We are accepting new clients and patients. Services
I received my veterinary medical degree from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA in 1994. I have been practicing small animal medicine exclusively in Virginia since my graduation. I bring a wealth of experience in all aspects of veterinary care to the community of Marshall and northern Fauquier County.
There was a coloring contest for the kids and a raffle to raise funds for Native Wildlife Rescue Inc. Many of our suppliers donated free items that were offered at different places throughout the clinic. Other friends volunteered to demonstrate the services we offer. Dr. Vaughan are her team are like family. She takes special care of all our fur babies and made it a point to get to know us on an individual level. She sits on the floor with our pups and finds ways to make each of them feel special. Going to the vet is no longer stressful. Always honest and helpful in making the toughest decisions without regret.

Thi This clinic has no customer service that are friendly my wife was there to pay a payment and the almost time to close she still got in the door was wide open and they refused to take her payment later on the charger the next day charger for late fee $3 my wife mention do not feel like paying late fee since I was here yesterday well she paid late fees next time she wanted an appointment they refused to give her one .
For 3 dollars they lost a customer.

We changed to Dr. Vaughn on the recommendation of our amazing animal caretaker (who owns "The Social Dog"), who practically lives across the street from a vet's office, and drives the 30 minutes to Dr. Vaughn instead. Upon our first visit to Dr. Vaughn, we understood why. We have now been with her for several years, and are grateful to have found her. The other vet offices we'd been to felt more like a business than a medical institution - somehow there was always an expensive recommendation being made, and we questioned the true necessity of it. Dr Vaughn and the Best Friends staff have cared for my cat and 2 labs for the last 13 years. Over that time, she's compassionately solved some puzzling health issues to keep our fur babies feeling their best. She's also gone out of her way to accommodate emergency situations.
