So glad we found this place! Our ducks were attacked by a fox just after dark one evening and one of them needed medical attention asap. This was the first place we could find that not only was willing to squeeze us in that very next day but could take care of ducks. So very impressed with the staff and the Veterinarian the day we were there was fantastic. She was hands on and very knowledgeable. Definitely would trust her and the rest of the staff with my ducks as well as my other animals. I highly recommend them

We are new to the area and had only used their services one time before our 11 year old dog became sick. They had us come in quickly. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and technicians were warm and helpful. We could not have asked for a better group of people to help us during a sad and stressful time.

A half star is too good for these people. Even though I was low on money until my SSI check came I had to take my cat there because at 8 a.m. she was fine and at 9 she couldn't move her hind legs and was dragging them. They would not treat her unless I paid up front. They did examine her said she had thrown an embolism and was in pain and needed to be put down but wouldn't do it unless paid in advance. She died later that day. A year later they sent me a notice that she needed her teeth cleaned. No compassion and bad service

These wonderful people were able to squeeze my dog in for a visit when I knew that something was wrong with her. The techs and doctor were great, got her meds and she's well on her way to recovery and already feeling a lot better after just 12 hours! She's a rescue and very scared of people and strangers and so they even let me into a room early so that she didn't have to be in the waiting room around all sorts of different people, pets, and noises. I hardly ever leave reviews but after the experience I had yesterday I absolutely had to - I'd give them ten stars if that was an option!

Dr J paid us an emergency visit yesterday for my Ulysses, an English Mastiff, who is a bit hard to handle. He had ripped his toe nail half off and in pain- I called Catlett and they sent out Dr J within a few hours. We had such a pleasant experience with her. She had to come back the next day because the injury wasn't straightforward but she squeezed us into her schedule. She did order meds to get him through the night- which I ran and picked up from their office immediately afterward.

Dr. Gibson and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My dog had a horrible ear infection as well as yearly allergies and she has helped us through this whole process. We are so glad we have found a vet near us that we can trust, reasonable prices, and wonderful service. Dr. Gibson and Staff, we are lifetime customers!! Thank you for all you do!!
