Dave is an excellent photographer and he made my shoot easy and fun. He knew exactly how to pose and move me around in order to capture the best possible shot. The pictures are stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my graduation shoot. I would absolutely recommend my friends to Luminary Photo to capture their special moments!

I called Dave to see if he could come and shoot a head shot for my daughter. Of course we were under some time constraint & have a busy schedule. Dave fit the shoot in right when we needed it & got such a beautiful, natural shot of my daughter. We are so pleased! I knew that other kids from Santa Susana High School have used him and I'm so glad we did, too. I would definitely call him again for photographic needs.

There are some moments in life that should never be forgotten. If you can remember those moments in vivid detail without the aid of photographs, you are lucky. The rest of us need them to be captured to jog the memory and recall the emotions of the moment.
Luminary Photo are superb experts who I have turned to several times. They shot my wedding a couple years ago and most recently helped my family record a huge milestone: my pregnancy and our precious newborn son.
They are always professional. But beyond that, they feel like friends. They put us at ease and capture photos so touching and beautiful

Most EPIC photographer ever!!! We had Dave come and shoot our fitness business today and has the most incredible experience, and I know we will get some fabulous photos. Not only was he responsible, artistic, and professional, but his great personality helped him relate to all of our clients. We really wanted to capture the strong and courageous spirit of our members, and Dave helped us do just that!! Highly recommended for business or personal photography.

I needed some headshots done and used Luminary Photo. Dave Alton, the photographer, is so talented. The lighting was perfect. He must of done some touching up to the final shots because I really don't look that nice in person hehe. I am so happy with my pictures. I will always use Dave for any photography I need, exceptional work.

We have a family picture session done at our house. We chose doing it at our house hoping that we will get more natural pictures of our 20 month old son.
Also, we wanted something different than the cookie-cutter like photos from the department store photo studio.
Dave is a pro. He was very responsive. Very flexible and easy to work with. He did everything he said he would do. So no bad surprises. He was at our house for a full hour. (much better value than the 20 minutes photo session at the store plus waiting time and having the feeling being rushed out because they are running late with
