I've been to this salon 5 times and have had good experiences 4/5 times. I won't be going back again though because I went in with pictures of what I wanted my cut to look like and I lost 6 whole inches of my long hair when the hairdresser either forgot what I showed her or just paid no attention to it. I had planned on getting about 3 inches off and now I have a long bob. It was a devastating experience. I would not recommend this salon. I am very sad to say that, but I don't want anyone else to loose all of their length for no good reason.
