This is an unparalleled academy. Nowhere have I gone or know of where every session you have an IBJJF certified black belt. This includes young children getting trained by certified black belts. In many cases more than one and including some of the highest ranking black belts in the world. This is a one-of-a-kind academy! Professor Ron has dedicated himself to the art of Jiu-Jitsu and to the children of the next generation.

The training at this academy will absolutely change your life. The environment is completely positive and friendly. I’ve met so many amazing people who I now call family. There was no pressure or anxiety for a new person coming in without any experience. If you want to truly learn about real self defense this should be you go to academy. Everything from daily life lessons to surviving an attack on the street are taught here. Jiu Jitsu has become a way of life and there is no going back now. The kids classes rock and I challenge anyone to find a better class for kids anywhere!

We found the perfect sport and academy for our 3 year old. Professor Ron and coach Matt were willing to take our son in at a very young age and give him the special attention that a toddler needs. I cannot speak highly enough about them.
He absolutely loves it here and so do we. He is learning new things and improving every week.
In just a couple of months he pays better attention now, and listens better.
Plus he’s learning self defense, structure, discipline, respect for others and camaraderie with fellow students. Highly recommend Villardo Jiu-Jitsu to anyone.

I walked in here one day with no experience or expectation. It was before any classes had started so no one was there except for Ron, who was cleaning the mats. He greeted me with a handshake and a smile and took the time to not only explain how beneficial Jiu-Jitsu is to my future career, but how it translates into almost every facet of life. He explained he runs his school in a safe, family atmosphere with an end goal of producing confident and productive members of society; however, that goal isn't accomplished without hard work and dedication from all. Villardo Jiu Jitsu PBG is awesome! Both my husband and son go here! Our son has been there going on three years and has grown so much. He is so much more confident. The coaches are wonderful, patient with just the right amount of push to keep the kids and adults going! I recommend anyone looking for a great workout, more confidence and great coaches this is the place!

What a great class for kids! Ron, the instructor is so great with the kids - and so patient. He makes it fun for them and I can see how his kids class can really develop their self-confidence and esteem. He promotes a real camaraderie between all the kids too. I'd recommend this class to any parent for their children, boys and girls.
