Tenant's income must be at least two times the amount of rent when utilities are included and three times the amount of rent when tenant pays utilities to qualify.All residents 18 or older must complete an application and be on the lease and present at lease signing.

Rent may be paid at our office in person during normal business hours, or you can use the drop box on our left hand door, or you can pay online. Rent is due on the 1st day of every month and considered late after the 7th day of the month at which time a late fee will be assessed. Effective 10/1/21 following Senate Bill 21-173, late fees have changed to $50 or 5% of the balance due, whichever is great.
