All the women in the office are always inconvenienced any time you call with an issue in your home. Our swamp cooler poured water for weeks. I had buckets underneath the cooler catching insane amounts of water and the ceiling was bowing in. I was told from Chris that it was from taking too hot of showers lol. Which anyone with common sense knows that’s not the issue. It took weeks for someone to actually come out to my home and get it fixed. Anything that went wrong with the house, I couldn’t count on anyone coming out for a long while. They are unreliable. Terrible renting company and I wish

This place is awful if i could give a zero star she is out to take you for every dime she can ! Read all reviews and comments . They have had our property for 1 month and this house shoud be condemned our house is so far gone but she's wanting me to shampp3 carpet thzt is so old and comming apart and replace broken window from when the house was broken into years ago the other landlord never fixed this place is a night mare ! Legally i don't know how they get away with this!

The staff is incredibly arrogant and feel as if you renting from them is a service. The lady on the phone would not give me her name then stated she was the owner of the company. Obviously if this is true she lacks the leadership abilities to properly coordinate with her subordinates. I am a local business owner as well and I would never treat my customers in the manner or demeaning tone as the so called owner. It is a shame to see fellow business owners feeling they can put themselves on a pedestal over two 100% disabled combat veterans. I will make it a point to tell everyone in need of a place

Do not expect to see even half of your deposit back when you leave. They will charge for everything. Apparently it is the old tenants responsibility to pay for the new keys ($67!!!!!), even when we returned the old ones. Carpet cleaning and other cleaning fees when we made sure the apartment is spotless. We left it better than when we moved in and still got charged. I would not rent through them if you can help it. If you do rent from them, good luck. The ladies at the office are extremely rude and unwilling to help. No such thing as customer service here.

I really liked Annie, she helped me find a great apartment. It is very nice upon move in. Carpets cleaned. Everything works great! Shes very nice and pleasant to do buisness with. I didnt get the first apartment I wanted, and she really helped me get in quick to another one, I'm really happy about this choice. She was very helpful and reassured me about moving because it's a scary process, but I believe the company has my back! She gave me a form to mark down anything I saw wrong, which is nice! They have emergency maitence. And I am pleased to say I rent from them!

Worst Renting experience of my life. Things were constantly going wrong. The doors not locking, dishwasher not working. One time it took three weeks for them to get maintenance out for a leak and then they left a hole in the ceiling for the remainder of my lease. One time he took one of the drawers to fix said he'd be back in an hour and didn't come back for two weeks. When you call the company to talk they are incredibly rude. They might be the worst people I have ever met in my life. They made my stay miserable. When things went wrong in my apartment I would get sick thinking of calling cause

I have been with Premier for over a year and they are amazing. I rent an older home and things have broken here and there but they have ALWAYS taken care of us. No repair went ignored and was fixed by the very next day if not that same day. I would recommend this property management company any day. They help us without hesitation for any of our needs. The girls in the office are very personable and very friendly. 5 stars to Premier.

Absolutely hated my experience dealing with Premier Property Management. I honestly could not get out of there fast enough! In fact, I just got done with my final walk through of the house and it was honestly a JOKE!! I have never dealt with any company that could care less about their customers than this property management company! After slaving away for 2 days straight cleaning and checking everything off of their checklist they gave me, I still had to pay for cleaners to come in! Why you ask? Because I missed one
