Case management involves community-based service providers coordinating effectively to provide quality mental health care and services to individuals in their community or population served. The style of care provided in effective case management is customizable and tailored to an individual's particular setbacks or challenges.
Certified Family Support Partners or (CFSP) are also important for the mental health system in Idaho. Support partners have experience with raising children who have mental illnesses. Medication is an important part in the total recovery process. Moods are influenced by chemicals in the brain. When there is an imbalance of these chemicals, it can affect mood and behavior in a negative way. These are areas that the individual cannot control. The right medications can help rebalance those brain chemicals and help the patient in mental health recovery.
For many people, the idea of going to mental health counseling can make them recoil and feel defensive, as if therapy would somehow make it look as if they had a problem. Regardless of any preconceived notions that you may have about counseling, it is a process that is less about finding problems in an individual and more about helping people learn how to become the best that they can be.

I should have listened to myself when I was very unimpressed with the nature of the office and poor condition of everything inside. I seen a young man for about 4 sessions. He had me tell him a lot of traumatic things that has happened to me and then we started a "therapy" First method was putting all of the things that bother me in an imaginary box! Dude it was already in a box, now what! Then another exercise. Not impressed with the methods and at times the sessions were down right awkward. I know he's young and his intentions are good but definitely needs more work on his methods. Thanks anyway

We have seen several of the counselors at Answers and they have all been great. We have a large family and when we had some trauma hit our home they took care of all of us. Through several years of crazy happenings they have help anywhere from peer and family support to counseling sessions more than once a week! Really care about their clients!

This agency is unprofessional, unethical & poor quality treatment service I have received. I don't recommend this agency to anyone who has common sense. This mental health agency re traumatized me. Some of the workers are incompetent to work, not doing their job correctly to the point of being a hindrance to their clients in being successful & safe One of their workers is very argumentative to his clients. One of the workers won't help their client when they have helped them before on something. I called the crisis line 2 different times on the same day in 2020 & no one answered or even called

Have had nothing but good experiences in my past few months of seeing them(both individually and couples sessions). Good, caring people. Telehealth option is great when we cant get to the office for whatever reason. They have several options if you dont "click" with a provider and lots of extra helpful resources as well. Two thumbs up for sure 😊
