We all experience unhealthy negative emotions from time to time; Anxiety, Depression, Rage, Hurt, Guilt, Low Frustration Tolerance, Jealousy, Shame/Embarrassment. These unhealthy negative emotions may be the result of difficult interactions with: a partner, boss, best friend, siblings, parents or mabe a flat tire, being late for work or the kitchen sink backing up.

Usually the result is a maladaptive REACTION such as yelling, hitting, leaving without resolution, quiting. The goal of TIAC is to teach you how to change those unhealthy negative emotions into healthy nagative emotions; Disappointment, Concern, Annoyance, Sadness, Regret, Frustration. Usually the result is an adaptive RESPONCE such as; talking, leaving, or acceptance of things as they are.
