Clayton was amazing 👏 He fought for me and because of this I wasn't even charged. I was facing aggravated assault, and domestic violence in front of a child, both false claims made by an ex and let me tell you, the difference in how the police and detectives treated me at the mention of his name was astounding. First I would like to say without Clayton simms on my defense I wouldn't be here today to able to write this review. And without this attorney my life would have been comely ruined. Just when I thought 2020 couldn't get any worse the unimaginable happened to me. I found my entire life ripped from underneath me and landed myself in two separate cases in two separate courtrooms. Every single day that I wake up I look back and I could not be more grateful for what Clayton did for me. He was so respectful every single encounter. Our family had problems with a member of the family so we called Clayton Simms. He called us back immediately and said he would call and find out what was going on. I wish that there were the option to have 0 stars or a negative 5, if there were I would have I hired Clayton to represent my Son. At first it seemed like he was going to work hard on our case, but as time went I was the one that had to call him to see what was going on. He was late for two of our court appearances. The second time he was 40 min late and the Judge was so mad that it put us in a really bad position. He was not prepared for our hearing that day, and was making up questions as he was going.
