Wyndham Garden Sacramento Airport Natomas

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I noticed that the room was not vacuumed and totally filthy. My socks were actually black from the floors. There was hair on the floor, dust and dirt in corners. I did not realize until late that the beds were made with the sheet as a bedspread over the comforter. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and they did provide cleaning service and made the bed correctly. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The facilities were nice and parking was convenient. Parking was really nice at night because sensor lights made sure you weren't in the dark and brought about a sense of security. The issues I encountered were less than friendly front desk staff and the floors in the room were filthy. Cleanliness everywhere else but I'm not pleased with how dirty the floors were. Our socks were black on the bottom by the end of the night.

Stay away!! Costumer service is horrible. Parking is very limited and no parking near the hotel. Was advised by hotel staff Robert? To park illegally. Costumers complaining a out rooms not being cleaned. When I arrive to my room I was not too surprised to find my room was not previously clean. Towels on floors, food on table, bed unmade, etc. so frustrated with service. Having a clean room is very important to me specially with covid. I decided to leave, I asked for a refund, which was refused!!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE!!! ROACHES!!! Place was infested! Worst place I have ever stayed, place is so dirty, AJ the supposed owner did not even apologies for the dirty room and their infestation! I have never experience a place like that in United States.

The hotel itself was fine but the man who checked us in was extremely rude and condescending. Their shuttle says 24/7 but has a really limited and odd schedule.

Water leaking out of moldy ceiling. Alarms going off all night in the next room, and front desk said they didn't have the staff to check on it. They advertised complimentary breakfast, but do not have one

So we booked online directly through the Wyndham Garden Hotel 5 days in advance to stay in Sacramento from our late arrival from Hawaii. We arrived and the facility was locked down we had to knock on the glass to even get in the facility from the side entrance. We check in and went upstairs to our room and realized it was 2 queen beds (which isn't what we purchased) Like I said at the beginning we booked our King SIZE bed 5 days prior to our arrival after our flight from Hawaii to two queen beds- which isn't what we paid for- the young guy named James, said I'm sorry we don&apos

Time and time again I have seen staff go out of their way to provide diligent customer service to the guests. I am impressed with this hotel.

The service I receive as a black woman is abysmal. They play on their computer while it's late and I clearly need to use the bathroom. Or they are passive aggressive. I like the hotel, but the staff is trash when you are black, in my experience. Then men are aggressive and the women are absent minded. Won't stay here ever again.

Bloods on sheets, back hairs in sheets, super loud AC unit in the room. Cheap. Unprofessional hotel manager.

What a joke of a hotel from top to bottom. I complained of cigarette smoke outside of my room and subsequently had my room searched, told I was not allowed to drink a beer in my room and that beer is unhealthy. When I complained I was treated very poorly and the GM would not return my phone calls. There was a dead spider by the toilet. No towels at the pool and an overall feel of unwelcome. I stay in about 60-70 hotels a year and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I wish I could give 0 stars. Ajay the front desk receptionist provided the worst unwelcoming service one could expect

The only reason I am posting one star is because AJ was so sweet when booking the hotel.
When we arrived we were way too exhausted to even do anything around 1 am. This morning when we tried turning on the lights to get ready for the day the only lights that worked in the room were the bathroom lights. The bedroom lights did not turn on at all, and were broken. Literally hanging off the table. The floors were sticky so it was disgusting to walk around barefoot. The headboards had finger prints on them just terrible. I thought Wyndham's were better than this!

Sometimes we all just need to get away, even if that means staying local, and especially during covid.

Who hasn't been bored in the house, and in the house bored?!?

Wanting to stay safe, but change up the four walls that we've been staring at, we opted to stay at a Sacramento hotel.

The staff is pretty nice, parking is free, and social distancing is in place.

We loved the room. It smelled good, was super clean, and the bed was comfy! It was what dreams are made of! I'm all about smooshy pillows, and thankfully they provided us with extras.

Great location from Sacramento airport. I also liked all the nearby restaurants and shopping options. The hotel is very beautiful as you approach from the parking lot. I loved how the bathroom has a separate shower, toilet, and vanity areas. The bedding was below average. The plentiful Cinemax and HBO channels were a bonus. WiFi was strong. Hallway noise was relatively minimal which is very important to me. I definitely would stay here again.

Front desk rep wouldn't keep his mask on which made me a bit nervous but that is no fault of the hotel.

Excellent Customer!!! Hotel was modern and very clean.
The room itself was clean with just enough space to move around. Bed / pillows very comfy, shower had great water pressure. The pool and bar were open during the pandemic and I felt comfortable enough to swim and relax by the pool.
I will definitely return in the near future!

Stayed here once again and this time a much different experience. Needed a hotel shuttle 5:30am and called and confirmed the night before. Normally they only run top of the hour but since we have a contract they told me they would gladly take ya at 5:30. Mind you the airport is only 10-15 min away. They had the nerve to call my room 4:30am and wake me to tell me they no longer could give a ride.
So here's my overall opinion. These folks have no business to be in a customer service run industry.
In a time when service means everything they have a lot to learn. There are so many other choices

I'm blown away

Checked in at 10 pm by a freindly and smiling staff who asked about my day and flight. We had a friendly chat as I took advantage of sanitizing my hands since there were hand sanitizer stations throughout the lobby.
Once I stepped foot into my room I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of amenities and space. The shower was probably my favorite because it has a rain fall type AND the ones that you can take down, you know what I'm talking about. My second was the huge bed. The lighting in this place makes me look so good, I'll post a picture to prove
