Universal Printing was established in November of 1979 in Raleigh, North Carolina. The young business occupied 400 square feet inside the York Building at Cameron Village. It was operated as a copy center, providing quick, quality, convenience copies to businesses and the general public. In 1979, copy centers were not well known and the industry was in its infancy.
I am frequently asked what makes Universal Printing so different from other printing companies. The answer has been the same since we first opened our doors: The people who work here and the tools they have to get the job done!
