While the quality of their products is great, I have yet to receive a single order from them in a timely fashion. Every time they have shipped considerably after the estimated arrival date, and even that was after getting in touch with them for an update. There are no confirmation emails sent. Poor communication in general. Really wish my children's school went through a different company.
