I am a freelance wedding, portrait and commercial photographer based in Sparks, Nevada. I love where I come from and will always call this amazing place home, but I became a photographer to travel.
I travel all over the world for photography and would love to see as much of this amazing world as I can. My goal with what I do is to inspire those dreamers to dream big. My photography is an outlet of what is possible, but with just a little hint of imagination. I am self taught and spent most of my education' learning from the best in the world.

Jeramie Lu is professional and extremely talented! He arrived on time, if not early, for our shoots. He always suggests the most exquisite spots for our shoots. I love using Jeramie Lu as he makes my now 5 year old comfortable and he captures his true personality. We always have such a great time during our shoots. Honestly I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this experience was for our family. Growing up I never had family pictures done so when I started my own family I knew it was something I wanted to give my kids. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Jeramie was the absolute perfect balance of playful and professional. Jeramie is a Reno treasure! When it comes to weddings, the most important thing a vendor can do is communicate with the clients leading up to the wedding and day of. Jeramie was excellent at communicating and helped everything run smoothly day of! Our wedding party (and even the guests) were raving about how great/talented he was. He is very organized and goes above and beyond to provide high quality work. I cannot recommend him enough!

I was referred to Jeramie for engagement photos from a close work friend. Jeramie was amazing at communicating and keeping me up to date with the next steps of the process. I've never had professional photos taken of me so I was a little nervous how it would go. Jeramie made the entire experience super easy and so much fun! Jeramie completely understood what my daughter wanted for her senior photos. She wanted something different, and it's like he read her mind! JERAMIE LU IS THE BEST! He was recommend by multiple friends, and we quickly figured out why. He has done my professional headshots, engagement photos, and will be doing our wedding soon. I am so appreciative of his perfect balance of professionalism and making us feel so comfortable! I do not like posing for pictures but Jeramie made it so easy and so fun. Not being from Lake Tahoe, we were shooting in the dark for a photographer. We Found Jeramie online with a google search. We liked his website and photos so hired him for our wedding.
Literally, overnight, the COVID limitations changed everything including our venue and we ended up postponing the wedding in June yet went forward using Jeramie for a "family photo shoot." He was so easy to work with and his personality made it such a memorable experience. We all loved him and we love our photos. This experience went from being a disappointment but added a very special memory to our Summer

We had an engagement shoot with Jeramie, and it started to rain right as our shoot started at Donner lake (how 2020 is that?). But we got the most AMAZING photos in the rain!! They have a very Notebook-y vibe, with lots of kissing in the rain. He also got a few shots of us with our new dog to hang in the house while we were there. They were so great that we ended up purchasing the whole set of photos. Thanks so much to Jeramie for being so flexible with us and getting us even better photos than we could have imagined!

Jeramie is super professional and organized. I know a ton of people that have gotten their wedding photos done by him and loved them. I had a simple series of headshots done around 2015. Five years later, I needed a digital copy of one of those shots and emailed Jeramie hoping he still had them. Not only did he have them, he got the digital image back to me within hours. Incredible customer service and you can trust he will be there for his customers year after year.

Our company engaged with Jeramie to update our headshots, team photos, and get a variety of photos we can use on our updated website. Jeramie was wonderful to work with. We challenged him to think a little outside of the corporate box and he exceeded expectations. I hope that all professional photographers can take good photos and turn them around quickly. My husband and I scheduled a session with him for a Friday afternoon in downtown Reno. We really wanted to capture some of the cool places throughout downtown and the riverwalk area to document our recent move to Reno and the next phase of our life together.
Jeramie walked us all over downtown and was snapping photos constantly. It felt like we were being followed by paparazzi or something. It's weird to get photographed like that, but Jeramie makes you feel so comfortable and like you've been friends forever. He's constantly cracking the jokes
