I am not only a photographer, but I'm also a mother of 3 wonderful little boys. My Husband and I spend most of our free time with our children, but we also Direct for a local dog rescue with the spare moments we do have. What can I say? We love to stay busy. I started my photography career 7 years ago, and it has been the best decision I ever made.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Rachel was responsive and helpful when finding a good day to get the pictures we have been wanting. The photo shoot was fun and relaxed. Usually I feel so uncomfortable in front of the camera but we all just felt like it was a day out in the woods. My son had a blast doing the pictures and loved getting to throw his own little ideas in.
We couldn't be happier with the pictures we got. I knew they would look good but they came out even better than I was expecting. The sun in the background, the trees, every detail looked amazing. The family agrees

I hired rachel to take photos for my business, she did an amazing amazing job! She was knowledgeable about locations that would be unique and compliment my outfits perfectly! She was kind and got my photos back in what felt like pretty quickly!
She had a plethora of poses and she wasn’t afraid to get in the snow to help me onto this swing!
We ended up hiring her for a pregnancy announcement session, when we miscarried she was completely sympathetic and kind and we look forward to being able to book that session with her again in the near future!

She was kind, compassionate, and flexible when I wanted family photos as we found out my dog had terminal cancer. She gave us incredible photos, and went above and beyond giving us prints to cherish for the rest of our lives. My boy passed just a couple short weeks later, but Rachel gave me something better than just pictures. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone but especially anyone trying to get photos with their pets.

I have had my eye on Rachel's work for a long time- once I found out I was pregnant, I told Rachel right away because I was so excited to get in with her!
She is truly the best in the area and her photos are artwork. The session was easy, fun and she also did a phenomenal job with my easily distractible son and shy spouse. I am over the moon with our photos and you will be too- don't hesitate to book with her, you absolutely won't regret it!

Rachel is the best photographer for any event in the Reno Tahoe Area. Incredible doesn’t even begin to describe the photos we received back from Rachel.
Unfortunately, our wedding was struck by 20mph winds and the worst smoke EVER from nearby fires. Not only did she endure the harsh summer winds, but she was able to capture the most beautiful moments of our ceremony through ash fall and smoke. I was terrified how our photos were going to look, but Rachel took her time to make sure our photos were as perfect as can be!
I’m very lucky that Rachel provided a second shooter to make sure we got every single photo we wanted taken!
She was patient, kind, supportive

Dont hesitate to book! I am so glad we booked our maternity photos with Rachel. She is amazing at what she does. Very professional and helped us with color combinations as we didn't know what my husband should wear. Absolutely amazing photos and a great suggestion as to where we should take the photos. The whole shoot I don't even think was an hour long. Seeing as I was 35 weeks pregnant I get tired easily. Just amazing!

Rachel is the best photographer we could've hoped to have. We booked a family photoshoot with her knowing our dog was having health issues. The same day we were supposed to shoot, we got the devastating news our dog has cancer and only a short while left. Rachel was understanding and compassionate beyond what we could've hoped for and offered to reschedule for no charge. The day we finally got to shoot, we ran into traffic issues that kept us from going to the originally planned location and again Rachel was able to just roll with the punches and took us immediately to another beautiful

I hired Rachel for our wedding that was supposed to take place in 2020. She was extremely helpful in navigating our rescheduling, and didn't miss a beat when we downsized to a tiny ceremony for 2021. Rachel is extremely warm and friendly, which made her a wonderful addition to our wedding day. I'm very pleased with the images she was able to capture and have already secured her for our "re-do" wedding event for 2022.

I hired Rachel to photograph the birth of my last baby. This baby was a surprise/miracle and I wanted to document babies entrance into this world. I live over an hour away, but that was no problem for Rachel. She kept in contact with me as we got closer to my due date. When my due date came and went, she didn't seem phased. One week past my due date, I went into labor. I messaged Rachel to let her know and right away she started rearranging her schedule to accommodate mine. She made it in perfect time. Rachel photographed our wedding and it was the best experience! Within just an hour, we were able to do multiple locations and did not feel rushed at all. I've been following Rachel's photography for a while, and I love her style! I finally booked a session for my small family, and was amazed with our results. Rachel is personable and flexible, very easy to work with. Her pricing is also reasonable. She captured all of the shots we were hoping to get, and even took some of my son with his Junior Showmanship dog. We are so happy with our photos! Rachel is brilliant. We booked Rachel just a month before our wedding, then COVID-19 happened, and she remained super flexible as our dates changed. When we had our small wedding at my family's home, she not only took gorgeous photos, but made an effort to get to know everyone and capture everyone at their best. My mother passed a few weeks after our wedding, and Rachel's beautiful photos serve as a lifelong memory of one of the last celebrations we had with my mother. Rachel handled everything with grace and expertise and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Words cannot describe how thankful my husband and I are for Rachel! She is so well priced, fantastic at her job, and so accommodating. We changed our wedding date so many times and the plans changed several times this year because of COVID-19 yet Rachel was there with us every step of the way!
