Osvaldo, Handyman installed doorbell service on 9-16-20 from 9:30AM - 9:50 AM a Wireless Doorbell with base plugged into the kitchen outlet, uncertain the exterior doorbell will stay in place, we shall see, otherwise service was good. Exterior doorbell is still intact, I have now increased rating. Thank you.

Our AC was out at our house and Guardian Realty responded quickly and fixed it. However in less than 24 hours the unit died completely. We needed a 5 ton unit and not only did they respond the same day it was also installed the same day which I have never seen happen and all my years in property management. I am impressed to say the least.

I lived in there unit for 6 years and They are always trying to over charge you. They lie about receiving your payments so they can charge you a late fee. They charge you for fixing things such as the washer on the bathroom sink. IT took 2-3 days for my door to get fixed after being kicked in. They come off as being nice yet they are only trying toget more money out of you and don't want to spend any money fixing anything.My heater unit went out and I had to pay for my own space heater. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS THERE ACCOUNTING SUCKS.AND I STILL HAD TO PROVE SHE CASHED THEM! I NEVER WAS REIMBURSED

I've worked with the owners on various projects, and they are all so helpful and consistently honest. They try to be as fair as possible to tenants while still upholding their duties to property owners. In a weird way, they manage to keep their "humanity" in a business that easily refers to tenants as addresses and owners as bank statements. I trust them completely because they cover all their bases when working with you: if they can't fix it themselves in-house, they'll give you a reputable contractor to get things done affordably and well.

I am so happy I found Guardian Realty. They are professional, loyal and knowledgeable. They know property management inside and out.
