John was a wonderful agent to deal with! he was very knowledgeable on the process and the local market. He made the whole process simple and stress free. he used a wonderful photographer who put together a great video and marketing tools. He advertised my house in advance and had multiple viewings all lined up prior to my house even hitting the… market. By the time we listed we immediately had multiple offers and were able to sell my house at full asking price in less than 3 days! BEWARE! John provides unprofessional service and we wouldn’t recommend to anyone to do business with him. He will definitely try to take advantage of you. This is a new company that tries to rent houses in any cause and will do anything to rip you off. We rented a house from John and it was in a poor condition and not ready for move-in. We were… absolutely shocked at how he manages and handles properties. After we moved in we put maintenance requests and John repeatedly ignored us. After we threatened to use our lawyer we finally got an email with ridiculous and useless resolutions
