We are a mid-size non-profit organization and TMDL is essentially my CFO, Comptroller, Receivable and Payroll Admin, Bookkeeper, and Human Resources Manager. We provide assistance with trust setup and implementation, as well as planning and gifting strategies. I had a friend that was hired right before tax season/busy season. They were assigned over half of the 12/31 audit engagments. Around end of April, they were told that they were no longer needed. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB THERE UNLESS YOURE OK WITH BEING FIRED AFTER 4 MONTHS. DONT WORK HERE.
