To start, I signed up under Valerie (who was helpful), and without my knowledge was then passed onto Christy, who was not the easiest person to work with. Not to mention their front desk staff turnover rate was atrocious. I was with Emerald for many years, until I was advised to make multiple changes to my business, to supposedly save my company money. During this process I was told I owed a lot more money in taxes, and they would not explain the amounts owed in terms a non-accountant would understand it, as a business owner, I'd really like to know where my money is going and why.
