We signed up with them in September and they were unable to provide the caregivers as they promised. Employees called out constantly and they never had back up ready. It took over 4 hours and sometimes never for them to send another person to service us. We transferred to another home care servicer as soon as it was possible. Stay away and consider another company unless you want to be stressed out and worried about your love one.
