We are live in one of Mr. Mendez properties he manages and had a water problem. He took care of it and on top of that he and the owner put me and my family up in hotel for two days while they fixed the problem. Just incredible especially nowadays when everyone is out to get what they can for themselves he and the owner thought about us as family and took special care of us thank you guys and it without a doubt we got the number 1 manager and owner in Upland CA

Mike Mendez was recommended to me by my real estate agent to assist with managing a rental property in Fontana. Mike was an absolute professional from beginning to end, returned calls & texts very quickly, and was responsive to the tenants when they needed assistance - which was very important to me as the property owner. Highly highly recommend Mike! He came as a recommendation from a friend since my family and I were relocating to CA. We're new to the area and didn't know much and we had to move fast. We needed a rental place to start us off with. Mike was so great about it and went out of his way to help us since we were having to do everything from another state. He looked and looked for us.
