I got help from Tim Ahn from Dan Choi Real Estate, and it was very pleasant experience. Tim was very kind and helpful through out my purchase of new home in Orange County. I had very rough idea of the area and what to look for until Tim showed and guide me through the home purchase process. He is very knowledgeable about where to pay attention to when looking at houses.

My wife and I recently closed on an amazing property in Orange County as first time buyers in a very competitive market. We were referred to Dan and Theresa through our mortgage lender.
