My experience with DNA is good except for maintenance issues. My Apt constantly have a leak problem and this time is has been two weeks since myself and the neighbors reported it and no one came to fix the problem.water keep leaking every time the neighbor takes a shower. I spoke to Maria a few time but no one came. The bathroom shower in my apartment leaks since the day I moved in till and they did a yearly evaluation and collect all maintenance problem and nothing was done. It is very frustrating especially when you have kids living in these conditions.

D-N-A manages the property where I reside. In the past my experiences with property management companies has been problematic to say the least. It's quite the opposite at D-N-A. The folks at the company actually care about the residents. They use an app from which you can not only pay rent but put in maintance requests. They are very fast in responding to all issues. I recently found in the late evening that I had no hot water. By the time I woke up a new hit water heater had been installed and all was well. Always pleasant, fast to act, and professional. I highly recommend if you are in need of

This Management company has been wonderful when something broken and needs to be fixed, they come immediately and repairs are done quickly and above and beyond what’s expected. Any time there is a question it gets answered and everyone is very nice and helpful. We are very pleased and thankful for are first rental experience to be so wonderful. Thank you
