Bev's great at returning emails, calls, and texts. She has a great video, photographer working with her. She is not so great at providing clear or specific, detailed, answers, which for a homeowner can be stressful and frustrating, and was for me. She also seemed more pro buyer than seller, not great when you're the seller, which I was.
Lack of detail and guidance really made the process more stressful than it probably had to be. Shame.
