We have bought two houses using Denny as our realtor, and honestly we couldn't recommend him and the team at CHR highly enough. He is a great communicator, easy to get along with, and has the experience to help guide you through an often complicated process.
In both cases, I truly don't think we would have gotten the house if we had a different realtor. The first time, we put in a second bid to try and go higher than a competing offer, and the seller actually told us we didn't need to bid that much and accepted an offer from us for less than our best offer. This sounds fake, but it is a true story

Jay Rossi is/was the best realtor that I have ever worked with. My husband and I lived across the country and had no ability to look at houses in person and that did not bother Jay at all. Jay went out of his way to look at houses for us, to research houses as well as give us his honest opinion on everything.
