I've been dealing with two pains for about 2 weeks I woke up yesterday call and I was able to walk in also they pulled both of my teeth that's been killing me for the last 2 weeks. The doctor and his staff members were very professional and polite they knew I was in pain and they where extremely fast.

Love everyone there. They are always so friendly and helpful. Great locations and Dr. Le is quick and thorough. We always go in with the whole family, 4 of us and we are usually out in 1 hour. Dr. Le has always been friendly so not sure about the other comments. Been going there for about 9 years and always had great experience.

After seeking treatment from 2 other well known dental practices, I found myself needing emergency services, to prevent a life threatening infection, prolonged, due to this experience. And my fears of going elsewhere, were heightened.
So, I called Coastal Smiles. They took me, the same day. They probably saved my life. Minimal discomfort, so far. Their professionalism, is unmatched. I will be return for more work, in the future.

I was treated by...the friendliest folks ever!
Jillian and Hope... the nicest and kindest,caring,I could go on and on!!! All the others that work there are all terrific... sorry I can't remember all their names.

My husband and I both had our wisdom teeth removed in May by Dr. Le, and we had a fantastic experience! After the numbing process, he only had to spend a few minutes removing each tooth. Hearing my teeth cracking was very strange, but I did not experience any pain whatsoever. Our appointment was at 10am and we were both already back in the car driving home by 10:45am. If I had to get my wisdom teeth removed all over again, I’d go back to Dr. Le!

Emma is very rough and has an extremely heavy hand. I informed her that she was hurting me multiple times, yet she still continued to use the same amount of pressure. 2 hours after my appointment and my mouth still throbbing and I'm much pain after just a simple routine teeth cleaning. Emma informed me that it was the busiest day of the year and that whey were behind schedule, made me feel like she rushed my visit. My normal experience is always so pleasant and fun. Super disappointed in this visit. :/

I hadn't been to the dentist since I moved to North Carolina (about 10-11 years ago) Dr. Lee and his team provided me with the best care and made me feel comfortable and safe in their hands. I was EXTREMELY nervous (like anxiety attack nervous) & they were so calm and patient with me. Depending on where you live it can seem like a hike to get to their office but I PROMISE you will not be upset after going there. Finding a dentist you trust is much more important then any driving distance. I'm so happy I found Dr Lee!

Highly recommend Dr. Lee, he is an excellent Dentist and his hygienists are the best as well. One of the things I like best about Dr. Lee is he doesn't try to sell you on all of the fancy dentistry. The staff is professional and friendly and the office keeps the calendar appointments on time. The atmosphere is calm and reassuring as well. Much thanks to everyone there! We are leaving the practice because we've taken new jobs out of the area but would have traveled back just to see him but unfortunately he is out of network now. I would still recommend him to anyone who asked.

It was my fault to begin with for getting "braces" from a dentist and not a orthodontist. After having 6 month smile which really turned into 2 1/2 years of braces and nothing but problems with my teeth after I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR LEE . My filling came off from a chip in my front tooth and he said he couldn't see it and it didn't need fixed . Which is ridiculous bc YES you can see it and the young boy who is working with him said I didn't even have to show him what tooth because he could see it . Based on the wonderful reviews of this office, I expected this dentistry to be top notch. Sadly, this was not the case. I was VERY disappointed with my experience here.
I made an appointment with this office because I was having horrible pain with one of my wisdom teeth and was afraid it may be infected. Moved to Greensboro in 7/2016 & have kept Dr. Le as my Dentist! I will keep driving the 3hrs. because Dr. Le and his staff are amazing! (*The one & only time I went to a local dentist near me b/c of an pain in… tooth- reminded me of WHY I’ve always stayed w/ Dr. Le...Service & Kindness ) Inlike Other Office ...Which was horrible- unfriendly & acted bothered! OH MY GOD!!!! had two wisdom teeth pulled. was only given novacain. no nitrous oxide, no pills to take before the operation. NOTHING!! I was fully aware and awake for the whole procedure. the dude was practically standing on my face ripping my teeth out. I've had wisdom teeth pulled before and it was no big deal. this was a F#&%ING… NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! he didnt explain what he was doing at any point, he just walked in, pulled my teeth and left with minimal talking. it honestly seemed like he was in a rush. at one point, he was pulling the tooth and it started to hurt a lot. i stopped him

Best dental service I've ever experienced. The entire crew is respectful of my time and is extremely knowledgeable. Great to have complex options explained in terms that are meaningful and applicable. Facilities are spotless and there doesn't seem to be any lack of state of the art equipment. Dr. Lee is amazing! The entire team at coastal smiles dentistry do a masterful job!
Yesterday's visit was the usual top notch. We arrived and there is never a wait for your appointment. You are greeted and no need to sign in as they recognize you the moment you arrive. Everyone is smiling and friendly while coaching is on better oral care.
The office has X-ray machines in every cubicle so you don't need to get up for your X-ray. They have TVs on the ceiling for you to enjoy while you get cleaned and repaired.
Pain level is small to none even my last appointment yesterday

Staff and Dr Collin are top notch!! I was able to get in quickly due to an emergency extraction I had to have. I suffer from anxiety every time I go into any dentistry office. Everyone in the office was kind, caring and thoughtful; and they took the time to explain everything prior and after. Ladies on the phone and front desk are great. … Answered all questions prior to visit and made registering and paperwork easy - so I did not have to wait long when getting to my appointment. I highly recommend them and I will be back. Thank you everyone!!
