I've used The Moldovan Law Firm in two different occasions. They made sure both times that they represented me, that I had the best outcome for my driving record and me. From getting speeding tickets brought down to just a small violations no point, to getting others thats hold mandatory suspension/jail time and etc... to a small fine. I have on file a retainer fee agreement right before Covid-19 shut down the courts. He completely ghosted me, never to return a phone call/text/email. the retainer was 7500.00 paid up front. I would call the office, and i would be told John is in court, or he is out, and would return my calls. I have not have 1 call since, and this was March 2020. To this day, not a single call back

I cannot be happier with the way that John Moldovan and the Moldovan Law Firm handled my careless driving charge. He used evidence I was able to accumulate for my defense very effectively, and he spent a great deal of time negotiating a reduced charge with the prosecutor that was very satisfactory to me and which the judge accepted without hesitation. First of all don't believe one star rater and negative comments.They're haters. Before I hire I read most of comments. I newer met Mr. Moldovan personally until court day. I was worry about result and I was prepared for high fine. But I didn't get a fine except court expenses because of his perfectly defending me. I was shocked how he is prepared, professional, knowledgeable.
