Here at The Wellness Principle, we believe maintaining wellness is the key to a long, healthy life. Traditional Chinese medicine teaches us the value of using an integrative approach to treat the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Only by viewing health holistically can we instill the kinds of long-term benefits that enrich our lives.
The Wellness Principle draws upon these holistic principles, as well as innovations in scientific research to develop individualized treatment plans designed to promote wellness and prevent illness. Our practitioners understand that you are much more than the ailment or disease that brought you here.

Dr. Keville was raised in a family of nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, and personal trainers who instilled in her a passion for holistic medicine at a young age. As a child, she helped run an eight-acre horse farm with her family. There, she gained exposure to acupuncture, a treatment used on her equine partners to improve their performance.
Lisa has her first cat, a six-toed tabby named Seamus, to thank for introducing her to the world of Chinese medicine.
