Services
Traditional Chinese Medicine creates a balance in physical and emotional aspects of the body to maintain health. Traditional Chinese Medicine can treat morning sickness, edema, insomnia, anxiety, back, hip and pelvic pain. Acupuncture and placenta encapsulation can support healing, milk supply, baby blues and fatigue.
Traditional Chinese Medicine creates a balance in physical and emotional aspects of the body to maintain health. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine and other healing modalities, I can help you to regulate your menses and alleviate related pain, discomfort and irritability and support you through menopause.
If you are already pregnant, Traditional Chinese Medicine can treat morning sickness, edema, insomnia, constipation, anxiety, back, hip and pelvic pain, pregnancy induced hypertension, threatened miscarriage, hemorrhoids and encourage proper positioning of the fetus within your womb. I encourage all of my patients to receive "prebirth" treatments, once a week, starting at 37 weeks, to prepare your body and your baby for birth.
For children, acupuncture can treat the common cold, ear infections, bedwetting, night terrors, asthma, skin rashes/eczema, ADHD/Autism, constipation, irritability/colic, "failure to thrive" or slow weight gain, immune health and much more. We can work together, using nutritional counseling, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, Chinese massage and acupuncture to support healthy kids.

Traci is a gem! I reached out to her at the recommendation of my midwife and completed several sessions with her to help my body prepare for labor and birth.

I love how Traci took the time to get to know how I was feeling in my pregnancy and made several recommendations for supplements, books, and practices that I could use to improve sleep, the postpartum period, recovery from birth, and the general aches and pains of being 36+ weeks pregnant.

I had never had any acupuncture before meeting Traci, and I was surprised at how relaxed and calm I felt after each session. I ended up going into labor

Traci is an amazing, knowledgeable, patient and truly caring healer! Our daughter came to her for ezcema, dietary issues. Traci is very thorough and has a holistic approach to helping patients - supplements, diet, lifestyle, acupuncture, etc - rather than just focusing on the symptoms or one approach. She also listens to your particular concerns and situation and adjusts accordingly because every individual is different. Thank you Traci.

I have been colleagues with Traci for years and recently began seeing her for acupuncture treatment. Professionally I have always respected her and now personally, I have a deeper sense of how comprehensive, knowledgeable and considerate she is! I LOVE going for my acu treatments with her! I feel well cared for and the space offers me a very restful respite. Specific issues she has helped me with are releasing stress, muscular tension, eczema and digestion. I highly recommend her.

I am very new to acupuncture, but feel so comfortable with Traci's care. I actually met Traci in my place of work, and I immediately felt a very welcoming and calming vibe. I mentioned how I have some friends/colleagues that benefit from acupuncture, so I decided to schedule and see for myself. I am always very curious and ask many questions, and Traci has always been so very open and educates me on any concern I may have. Since I've begun this new path to self care through acupuncture, I've learned so much about myself and my body. My weekly sessions have been very helpful and relaxing

I've been going to see Traci for a couple of years now and consider her treatments one of the most important aspects of my self-care, she's also just a wonderful, calm, supportive person to see every week! She's helped me with my depression, stress, general wellness, whatever aches and pains I might have that week, and more. She recommends herbs that she carries so you can buy them right there, but doesn't over-recommend them because she realizes that financial considerations are important to her patients, too. In addition to the efficacy of her treatments and how relaxing they

Can't say enough great things about Traci and her practice. Traci is very patient, thorough and has a wonderful positive energy about her. I went to her for fertility, but about 4-5 months before we started trying to conceive so my body/system would be in a more optimal state. Her approach was thoughtful and the herbs she suggested were minimal - and their positive effects were noticeable within a few short months! That was in April of 2017 and we're about to welcome our first in June. Thank you Traci!

Traci is my first and only acupuncturist, and the experience has far exceeded my expectations. Initially I tried acupuncture to help with chronic pelvic pain. I've made significant progress in this area, and she has also begun to address other concerns: motion sickness, anxiety, chronic headaches, stress. Traci has limitless patience and compassion, and she really spends a lot of time. Wonderful experience!

Traci is an intuitive and creative healer who's helped both my wife and I with a variety of issues. She's particularly knowledgable about birth and lactation and was an amazing asset while my wife was pregnant and afterwards when she had problems with mastitis. Traci would often make herself available on short notice when something was urgent.

Her office has a calm atmosphere and she is professional, friendly, easy to talk to and thorough. Our family is grateful for Traci!

I found Traci through a lactation consultant as she thought she would be able to help me with plugged ducts as I am a breast feeding new mom. I had been battling a plug with home remedies with minimal relief for the last 4-5 weeks and was getting very worried about my ability to continue feeding my baby.

Traci is very thorough and spent the first hour of my appointment discussing my lifestyle before recommending a treatment plan. I found her very thoughtful and compassionate throughout the entire process and I saw results on day one as the clog started to loosen and leak within hours of my treatment

Traci is a fantastic acupuncturist and healer. She is extremely knowledgable about post-natal health, whole body systems, and the nuances of women's health and balance. She is a great listener regarding the needs of patients and is able to offer an array of solutions. In addition to the terrific treatments, she is a well of resources for health, wellness, and supplements. I would highly recommend her to those who have tried acupuncture and to those for whom this would be the first time.

When someone first mentioned encapsulation to me I really want sure! I found Traci as I was worried about experiencing post baby blues. She is a lovely lady and made the whole process very easy and it was really lovely to have her in our home. She is the right sort of person to have around at that time and it didn't take long at all.

I was a first time mum and she gave me lots of good tips. Have highly recommended to my friends. Will be calling he again once baby no. 2 gets here.

Traci is a wonderful acupuncturist and so knowledgable about women's health, even beyond her acupuncture treatments. I ask her for advice on all sorts of women's health issues. She's compassionate and really listens. I love my treatments with her, they are gentle yet very effective. I don't have kids, but when I do get pregnant some day she's definitely going to be the one I call to encapsulate my placenta, and who I will take my kids to for treatment!
