Stan was referred to me by my real estate agent. I was quite concerned about the inspection on this home as it was over fifty years old and I had several friends who had recently bought homes who later found serious problems that were missed by the inspector. Stan arrived right on time. He moved around the property very quickly and pointed out several issues of concern. He later sent me a very detailed inspection report about the property which was instrumental in my decision to purchase the property. I am very pleased with Stan's work and would refer him to my friends and relatives.

Stan was recommended by our broker. We thought at the time of inspection that things were great. Now we are not sure. We have been in the house for two months now and have had multiple issues that have had to repaired. These items passed the inspection by Stan with no concerns. Now we are stuck with over $1,000 worth of furnace repairs that we should have been notified about prior to buying the house. Oh and they have you sign a contract releasing them from any liability. I would not recommend this company.
