A specialized dry cut tailored to your curl pattern and your personal goals/routine. Our professionally trained stylists blend and shape your curls to fall in just the right spot when your hair is styled curly. Our curly cut includes a deep conditioning treatment, a diffuser or hood dried styling, a customized lesson on styling your curls at home and a micro fiber towel and a care guide.
Whether your curls are waves, ringlets or spirals, we can help you achieve your ideal curly girl look. For almost a decade we have been studying curls: how to cut them, how to care for them and how to style them. The wrong haircut can make it difficult to manage curly locks and adds time to your every day routine.
No wash or styling this is for the newest member who just needs a tiny trim to cultivate those cute curls. Excessive detangling may have additional charges. If you prefer a senior stylist not listed as available for children's cuts please note appointments are booked and charged the same as adults cuts.

I went here on Tuesday the 26th for a full balayage with Angela. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and she said okay. I vaguely remember her saying that maybe I might want to come back again for a partial balayage. When I got to the salon my hair was still a little wet in the back. I thought she would blow dry and then start but she started applying color to my somewhat wet hair. Some time goes by and then she starts rinsing out my hair and someone else applies product. I went in for a simple trim and styling. I meet with the consultant Amanda whom I made very sure to inform her that I do not like my hair cut short and that I like it styled flatter on top with waves on the bottom. She proceeds to cut my hair far over the length I told her was acceptable for her to cut. When I call her out she gives me attitude. I continue to make it very clear how unhappy I am with what she is doing while she continues to cut my hair even more even after I told her to stop. I get back into the styling chair after I finish having my hair washed to be demeaned for not using a multitude

This is my first experience with the curly method of cutting hair. Over the summer I cut off 10 inches and since I have had two haircuts. My hair is shiny, healthy and bouncy. They teach you about the best way to maintain your curls and there is no high pressure to purchase. Both Ashley and Michelle were amazing.

My daughter has been going to Jenna at Curl Evolution since she is 9 years old. She is currently 15 and still seeing Jenna. As a mom of a curly girl, I wasn't sure how to handle her hair and what type of cut was most appropriate for her. This all changed when we went to Jenna. My daughter and I both got educated on what cut and products were best for her and it was life changing! Jenna gives an amazing cut! Highly recommend!

I went to Curl Evolution to get my hair colored. At the consultation, I mentioned I wanted dark chocolate brown partial highlights on my black hair, but when it came time to color it, I got a blondish color that wasn't really what I asked for. (If you go, make sure you really specify what you want exactly and how subtle or bold you want your hair to look.) However, my stylist, Kelsey, was gracious enough to fix it for me exactly how I wanted it free of charge a couple of days later and it looks really good! Amanda did the most perfect job with my insane hair! I have long, thick curls (3a-b) which I really should take better care of, and Amanda set me on the path! She advised me how to get the color I wanted and finished the entire highlight and toning process in about 90 minutes, a record!! I am very hesitant about hair stylists and salons (I think all curly girls have their horror stories!) and will certainly be back to Curl Evolution for my cuts and colors in the future. Highly recommend!!

I started going to curl evolution a little under a year ago and have never been happier with my curls. Melissa is my stylist and she is amazing. She really listens to what you want done. I never really thought it was necessary to go to a curly hair salon, thought it was the same as a regular cut but it really is not. If you have curly hair this is the place to go!!
