Dr. Catherine Kowalski is a participating provider for Cigna, Medicare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and all out of state Blue Cross Blue Shields, Oxford, all United Health Care plans except for the Community plan, Operating Engineer's Local 825, and Qualcare.

Every time I have had reason to see Dr. Kowalski, I have been in intense back pain. Every time in short order I'm out of pain and feeling great. Tall people like me have back issues. It's simple physics. Dr. Kowalski gets me back to flexible, pain free movement in just a couple of visits. I have been a patient for 3 years now and I don't need to look anywhere else.

INCREDIBLE! I’m so glad I found this place. I originally came to see Dr. Kowalski because I was suffering from constant stabs of pain that ran up from my should to my head. She told me to give it a few sessions with her before I sought out a neurologist...and I’m so glad I did! That pain is long gone (felt relief after the first session!) but I still visit her for my general back pain.
Everyone is so sweet and friendly— every visit I look forward to seeing Dr. Kowalski, Andrea, and Theresa. Everyone there just wants to help and they are always willing to do so. Unlike other chiropractors

I feel so much better since I started seeing Dr. Kowalski. I suffered from TMJ and back and neck pain for years causing debilitating headaches and major pains weekly. Since coming, I have had FAR less headaches, less and less every week, and am finally not suffering from pain on a daily basis. I wish I hadn't waited so long to see a chiropractor.

I went to Dr. Kowalski in hopes that she could relieve my pain after so many other doctors could not. Her initial intake was very thorough & personalized. She created a treatment plan for me based on my individual needs and I now live without pain. I can sleep at night, turn my neck and my quality of life has dramatically improved. I am a patient for 2+ months now and I will never go elsewhere. Also, very caring staff.

Dr. Kowalski and her staff are always warm and welcoming! Dr. Kowalski genuinely cares about you and is concerned for your overall well-being! She will do whatever it takes to help you relieve your pain and achieve your results; whether it be chiropractic care or provide/help you with nutritional advice. I've been coming here for about 6 weeks & I have to say my back pain is much better! Dr. Kowalski & her team are great! They always see me right away and seem to truly care about the progress I am making. I've heard of some chiropractors trying to keep you coming 3x a week forever but Dr. Kowalski genuinely seemed happy with my progress and has tapered me down to once a week. Would highly recommend this practice!
