I don't understand how they can say they take your insurance you go and pay $120 for the first visit only for them to call before the 2nd visit and say the insurance is out of network and offer me a package deal of 4 visit for like $380. I should have known better when I was there they did the same thing to another 1st time person. Doctor was nice but I definitely don't think they take ins. That is how they get people in.

Dr. Kuan and his staff define true healthcare. I have been experiencing debilitating symptoms for several months, and as a person who pays mindful attention to intake, it’s been frustrating to have my body cause such challenges for me day to day. I wanted to leave this review to express how truely grateful I am to doctor kuan. After being stuck in bed for over a week because I couldn't walk, I have uterine fibroids, cysts on my ovaries, and last week severe sciatica that crippled me. I called doctor kuan on Friday, a day he doesn't usually see patients. I cried to him, desperate because the pain was excruciating. He told me to come right in. I couldn't walk for a week. After seeing him on friday, I was back to work by Saturday! I couldn't believe how much relief I got. I would say within 2 days, 80% of my pain was gone and I'm walking again

Many thanks to Dr Kuan and his staff for their caring and understanding of my needs. Dr Kuan has helped me in so many ways both physically and mentally. He focused on both aspects and not only offered acupuncture but suggested healthy living for both. I had severe lower back issues and fertility problems.
