A. You are not required to drain your water heater and it is recommended that you don't - despite popular belief. When you drain the water heater you are stirring up all the sediment that has collected at the bottom which then forces it out into you pipes causing poor water pressure and clogged faucets.
I woke up to a backed up sewers in my basement I called Friedman plumbing, they were here when they promised. He was able to unclog my drain and video inspect my sewer line. They also took the time to. Friedman plumbing did an excellent job at my house remodeling my main Bathroom, They were clean and finished on time as promised for a party we were getting ready to have.

Would rate higher than 5 stars. Used Friedman plumbing for a complete home renovation. They installed everything plumbing related for entire house from underground drains, water lines, to the fixtures for 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms and various other items. Have not had one problem with anything they installed and were great to work with. I plan to use for all future projects and Would highly recommend to anyone.

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. To top it off every single one of them is a very nice guy! Could not recommend more! Thanks so much for all your hard work.

An update on Friedman's Plumbing.
Called for another problem that a larger company said needed $1800 in repairs-a complete replacement. Friedman's repaired everything in an hour and a half for less than $300. Courteous and professional service. Give them four ⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!
