Critical: Professionalism
Walked off the job because he didn't like my answers to his questions, leaving me and my general contractor scratching our heads. Cost us time and money. Very unprofessional. Will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone else. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Called for some minor plumbing issues and Justin came the very next day. Prompt and friendly service, he had the job done in 30 minutes. The Simonic’s are nice people and really make you feel valued as a customer.

I have used Simonic Plumbing quite a few times over the last few years and I have never had a problem. Justin is very friendly, courteous, experienced, and always does a great job. He talks to you to explain things in terms that you can understand. He always answers my questions no matter how silly they may be. Some companies give you double talk like they are trying to get over on you. Justin never does that. When I call my service company, I always ask for Simonic Plumbing. You guys have the greatest company. I hope you are always on the list for HomeServe .

I normally won't complain when I've had a bad or poor experience in the past, my problem is I prefer to trust who I deal with. This time it bit me right in the butt or should I say pocket book. When I asked Justin if he had ever replaced a shutoff valve before he answered "oh yea, many times" So I let him proceed with the job. After several hours of watching him get very frustrated trying to piece back the pipes he already cut I became concerned. He was struggling and pulling on the pipes and I was, and still am, worried that there will be future leaks elsewhere. After he figured

Both times we needed a plumber it was a bit of an emergency situation! The first time Justin came to the house, my husband wasn’t home and he had to rely on my limited explanation to figure out where to find a hard to reach leaking pipe in a second floor bathroom. The second time we called it was because we had water backing up into our basement from a sewage drain pipe. Both times, Justin was very responsive, professional, kind, patient with our very inquisitive 4yr old, and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him and doubt I will ever call another company!

Our water heater died on a Sunday night. after calling other plumbers and not getting a return call, Simonic Plumbing called me back and scheduled a time to come out. I ended up needing a new water heater. Again, Simonic worked around my work hours to make the installation a little more convenient. He brought my new water heater up to code and explained really well everything he did.
