The customer service is HORRIBLE and dr Syed came in very late for appointment and cancelled the following. The worst experience ever with no bed side manners

I called to inquire of an initial consultation. Can you believe that the receptionist wanted to charge $145 just to review the options.... I asked about similar programs available elsewhere and was told, ".... that's not how it works here...", ".. you pay or you don't see our programs...". Does not seem that reasonable..

The Loganville office has the worst staff of any office around. Rude and uncaring. My sister has lupus and addison's disease, they literally screw up her life saving meds EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Even the pharmacy is frustrated with this office! She was recently diagnosed with covid and they still haven't got her meds straight. She's forced to go here due to the fact she is legally blind and disabled. (Which she has to explain every dang visit) Not sure why every person she talks to is uninformed regarding her medical condition, when she's been a patient here for YEARS. Do they not chart info?!! Several

I’ve been going here for 4 years. Until recently was very pleased. Well appt was at 3:45. I was there Last patient there until 5:45. My $120 visits the past 2 times were $325 and this time was $175. And the past 4 times I was told my prescription would be called in. Every single time without fail I have to hunt my prescription down. Call the pharmacy they have nothing. Well now the office is closed. So I wait till the next day. Call the office. One time it was computer trouble. One time the wrong pharmacy. This time. Who knows I guess I’ll find out when they open back up in the morning. Very

Love the doctor been going here a couple of years. Me and my daughter. Never had any problems. Any thing that is wrong always taken care of. The nurse is always nice. Always a pleasant visit. If I come in sick always run all the test to make sure we get better. And if you have to be seen by another doctor To get the problem solve. The next doctor have always been good as well.

I have called multiple times to get my prescription fixed, the pharmacy won't fill it without a Doctors approval because of tge way the doctor wrote it. The pharmacy told me that they called the Loganville office to figure it out and was waiting for a call back 15 days ago. I called the doctor and they said they were calling the pharmacy to fix the PRESCRIBERS MISTAKE....THAT WAS THREE, YES, I SAID THREE WEEKS AGO! I HAVE BEEN RATIONING MY MEDS FOR 15 DAYS. I AM NOW OUT OF MEDICATION, and hope. The pharmacy can't fill without confirmation from my doctor.😨

Worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Most of the staff, not all, are extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor is barely ever there (haven't seen her last 2 times I went. They INSIST on calling in prescriptions over giving a written copy despite numerous complaints from other patients and me. Almost every time they call in a prescription it gets messed up. Either the wrong medication or they just don't call it in at all. I know a couple of people that used to go here also and they all had the same problems

I left extremely frustrated by the Dr not being available after they said she was there especially when I left work early and drove over an hour to be seen by her in Snellville. I was even treated rudely by her PA. The biggest problem is the lack of communication between the patient and office (THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE MY VISIT)and me having to correct the staff on what my copays are. My father was a doctor and his staff was professional and treated the patients as people who didn't feel well. Here I feel like a number. Sorry but your fired as I found a new physician near my work

I’ve gone to the Snellville location since February 2019. Today 9/4/20 I call for refills and I pay $85 over the phone while being insured I’d get my meds like always. I got into the office to find out there’s a mystery charge of $30 extra I needed to pay along with the $85 I paid earlier. Then I find out there’s a $140 dollar balance from every time I came before, even though I paid $85 for each visit. This was all a surprise to me because nobody ever mentioned anything but $85. Now I don’t have my meds and I need to find a new doctor. I’m very upset because today I needed my meds

So unprofessional! The staff is all new and you call and they have you on hold for an hour and then they just hang up on you. You go in and the nurse tells you one thing and then you call back and they tell you another thing and yelling at you. And then you make an appointment and you have to wait for two hours to see you, and they are not even busy. And the front desk people are so rude. Don’t come here, look elsewhere to go. You’re just going to waste time here.

We went to AIM for almost 2 years. The staff changes a lot and they are in no hurry to see you. If you go it's a all day thing. Your appointment could be at 10am they might bring you back to a room by 12 and you might see a doctor by 1. If you call and need anything I.E have a question about you meds they act like you are bothering them or never call you back. It seemed like every time we went there was some kind of issue. The last straw was my wife is diabetic and her blood sugar was 414 I called to see what I should so and they never called me back. Only to find out from our new doctor that she

1) Nurses do not know how to properly take BP. My readings are done with arm at their knee level and they give me no time to relax, often asking questions while taking it. (Not supposed to talk while BP is reading!)

2) Weight was improperly written , 10 lbs off.

3) Office closes before closing hrs! Twice in past two weeks I call and get the recording it is closed, and it is 10-20 minutes before closing time.

4) Dr Syed is a sweet woman who does return calls after hrs, though the staff claims she won't.

This was my last visit to this facility. Every year for the last three years I get a physical and somehow every year they show me having a past balance due. I challenged them and said I could bring them the proof from home. I was told no payment no doctor visit. So I asked the girl at the counter to speak to the manager. Instead of the manager coming out she called my phone, mind you I was in the waiting area in the office. I was made to wait 40 mins before I was called in. Once in, I will say that the nurse was great and very professional at her job. As far as the front desk and management I really

The Loganville location is a joke!!! The receptionist is extremely rude and will hang up on you if she cannot answer a simple question. They double book appointments, so be prepared to wait an hour or longer just to see the practitioner's nurse because the real Doctor never comes in. This office is ran by a bunch of rude, unprofessional kids who sit behind the office window and complain about how much they hate their jobs and like to roll their eyes when a patient ask a question. They never answer messages. If you leave a message, you will never hear back from them bc they DO NOT check them

I have been a short term ( 5 months) patient of this office.I"m on SSI at the moment so I'm on Medicaid. I can't say I'm a patient of Dr Syed's because in the 5 months I've been going there, I've never laid eyes on the woman. The PA there seems to be a very nice lady, she got on the ball when she found out I hadn't had a mammogram in 15 years that was the 1st visit. The Second visit sat for an hour and a half, had to pick up my husband from work, so I had to leave. In the mean time I've had mammogram...got a registered letter from Eastside Breast

I am sad to write this review but the truth will never change, it is a sad day when you go to see your "doctor" and they are no where in sight nor have been in over three years. I myself feel like the bottom of a peanut butter jar but I still go to my customers houses just to let them know I actually do care. We all live in a fast paced world but when money dominates ethics its time to re-evaluated our life's purpose. Dr. Syed is truely a good doctor but her practice somehow has lost its purpose and her ambition for wealth has infected her integrity. I wish you well Dr. but I need

I have waited over a week for my blood pressure med to be called in. I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you like a dr who doesn't really care about her patients and the office staff never answer the phones, you have to go to the office to actually talk to someone.

I did not see the Dr. my concerns were not important enough for her to discuss them with me and the nurse just didn't seem to listen or care. I asked for a referral for a specialist and they have not gotten back to me. They just simply do not care about the patients.

My daughter was seen today. I mean very literally just seen. The Dr. Syed requested that she come in for her prescription refill not just call it in. Once my daughter was in he patient room Dr syed stop in a told her that "I will not write a refill" and left the room, and sent my daughter to the waiting area where they then were rude. She requested her money back services were not rendered, the good Dr could have told her she wasn't going to write her the prescription before she set the appointment. Dr Syed had written the prescriptions in the past, she didn't say anything at
