Peak Performance Fitness is not your normal health club or gym. We offer degreed Exercise Professionals to help you reach all of your fitness goals. We are located in Lynbrook. We specialize in weight loss, personal training, sports specific training, VO2 & Resting Metabolic Rate Testing, Exercise and TRX training classes.

Our goal is to assist individuals live a healthy lifestyle and reach their fitness goals one client at a time. We have a staff of 7 Exercise Physiologists with Master's Degrees (Not just a Personal Trainer with a weekend certification).
The staff at Peak Performance Fitness includes seven exercise physiologists with nationally recognized certifications including Health Fitness Specialist (ACSM), Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (NSCA), Certified Personal Fitness Trainer- Health Fitness Instructor (AAPTE), academic instructor for The Academy of Applied Personal Training Education, and authors of published research articles in trade journals.

At Peak Performance, our Exercise Physiologists, Strength & Conditioning Specialists will design an individual routine based upon our initial assessment and the physiological demands of your sport. The workout consists of strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper technique. With one-on-one training, you as an athlete will progress to achieve the next tier of athletic performance.

Although I rarely write reviews I felt it was necessary to do so to let others knows how incredible Peak Performance Fitness is. To call it is a gym is actually a disservice. It is so much more. Peak Fitness is a gym with top notch equipment and very clean and sanitized (so important in our Covid world) but is a center where everyone feels comfortable and part of a team. The trainers are all college graduates and are exercise physiologists who are not only trained and qualified but friendly and positive people who love motivating their clients and helping them achieve their best. I started at Peak Performance after transitioning out of PT at Ivy Rehab and it has changed my world! Especially returning after covid lockdown… I feel that I am in a safe and clean environment and my Exercise Physiologist Louise is the best! She has helped me build strength and stamina and that has improved my activities of daily living! Not only can I run up and down to the laundry room without feeling exhausted, but I competed and placed in their Turkey Trot and felt so accomplished! Their team is kind and knowledgeable and I have recommended Peak Performance to family and friends!

Great experience at Peak, I signed up for the guaranteed weight loss program for the last 3 month. Lost 18lbs, 4% body fat and almost 4 inches off my waist. Paul came up with a nutrition plan and tailor my workouts to accommodate a previous injury.

I'm so happy I returned to Peak Performance. I had a a lot of apprehension to return with Covid still lingering and I got used to working out at home. The Manager, Paul, convinced me to try a workout for one day to observe the safety protocols they had in place. Almost immediately, I was comfortable in the environment they had created and remembered that nothing beats a gym workout. Peak Performance is definitely a safe place to enjoy a good workout.

Have used this facility for both my kids when their Doc recommended that they do Physical Therapy. Place is good sized. Efficient staff and more importantly, both kids have gotten help/assistance with their issues. Small parking lot but if you have patience you will get a spot.
