Services
The very best way to see if CrossFit is right for you is to participate in a trial workout. The goal of our trial workout is not to crush you and show you how tough CrossFit workouts are (.if you stick with CrossFit you'll find that out in time!). Rather, our trial workouts are designed to give you a safe and appropriate first taste of CrossFit.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter, meaning that you train at an affiliate and are proficient with all or most movements, and you are thinking about doing a drop in class with us at The Rock, or you are thinking about switching Gyms, our normal drop in rate is $22. However, if you are planning on attending for a few days, please make us aware of that at the time you contact us.
Once you have completed your Fundamental program. You will be able to safely and effectively perform all of the eleven fundamental barbell movements used in CrossFit. All Classes will start with a Coach lead warm up, dynamic stretching, instruction and the WOD. Scaling of the movements, weights and rep range will be suggested by our qualified coaches.
With personal Training at CrossFit The Rock, you'll be paired with one of our many certified and experienced coaches. Our staff will work with you to assess and then meet your specific goals. We all have areas in which we can improve. Whether it's mastering basic skills or learning high level gymnastics or Olympic lifting skills our Personal Training sessions will help get you there.
Brand new, 60 minute, Fast paced, High Intensity Interval Training class at CrossFit the Rock. Here you will do all the movements in CrossFit minus the barbell. This program serves as a great introduction to CrossFit workouts without overly complex movements or heavy weight training. Improve your overall health and wellness through our unique blend of strength and conditioning.

Carlo (the owner) is a genuinely kind, good person who actually cares about helping the people that walk through his doors. I’ve worked out most of my life and his workouts and instructions have me dripping sweat and wanting more. If you’re looking for a place that will welcome you like you’re part of the family look no further. My only complaint is that I didn’t find CrossFit The Rock sooner.

Was in town visiting family and decided to do a drop in based on the recommendation of my cousin. Not only was the workout first class but the facilities and the coaches were impeccable. I was greeted warmly by trainers and participants a like and enjoyed the positive and friendly vibe. Am definitely going to come back on my next trip!

I cannot say enough good things about The Rock. CrossFit is the only fitness programs that I've ever stuck to, and I owe that in large part to Larry, Carlo, Tom and all of their excellent coaches. I have visited a bunch of CrossFit affiliates across the country, and The Rock really does stand out. We are luck to have it in the community. Check out one of the free intro classes!

If you want to meet and even exceed your fitness goals at any age or no matter the shape you're in CrossFit is the program and The Rock is the gym. I have worked out my entire life and have belonged to gyms from the local YMCA, Gold's Gym, Jack La Lane, NYSC etc etc. It is at The Rock that I am attaining my fitness goals. Carlo, Larry and Tom have created not just a gym, but a community that is non-judgmental , helpful and supportive. The new facility is excellent, the members are awesome and the coaches will get you to where you need to be. you can stay fat and continue with your Zumba
