Bernard began BF Langan Consultants to continue offering clients experience and expertise on various construction projects. Mr. Langan has more than 40 years experience as a Consultant on the planning, design, and construction of major projects.
His specialized background in geotechnical engineering, site engineering, land planning and environmental engineering earned for him and Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, a firm which he established in 1970, a multi-state practice in consulting on the development of difficult tracts of land, and engineering solutions to complex geotechnical and environmental conditions.
