We have expanded to supply sheaves and pulleys for many applications and industries. Our inventory includes sheaves from 4" to 48" that are fabricated from Aluminum, Steel and Cast Nylon.
Other materials and special hard coatings are available by request. We are located in Paterson, NJ in the historic Watson Building which was built in 1860. Our location has a rich history and has been used to fabricate metal products and machines since it was erected.

Services
1045 is a medium carbon steel used extensively in induction hardening applications. This is not normally considered a screw machine steel and is only fair for brazing and welding. However, it can be forged satisfactorily and is the most common shafting steel in the medium carbon range. A36 is produced to a 36 ksi min yield point.
We have supplied sheaves to the Wire and Cable industry for decades and pioneered the use of cast nylon. We stock and fabricate sheaves for clean wire, fiber optic and insulated wire manufacture. Several hard surface teflon and ceramic coatings are available. For use with single and multi wire lines for drawing copper, aluminum and other alloys.
We can provide replacement crane block sheaves for Konecranes, Liebherr, American, Demag, Link-Belt, Terex, Grove, Mannitowoc and other makes. Applications include mobile cranes, harbor cranes, container cranes, tower cranes, railroad cranes jib/workshop cranes and others. Replacement sheaves for Western blocks.
We manufacture and stock pulleys and sheaves for the maritime and boating industries. We can provide custom deck sheaves as well as sheaves for steering, centerboards, actuators, boat dock lifts and other marine vessel and commercial fishing applications. We can custom make sheaves compatible with designs from Allen, Jefa, Karver, Ronstan, Harken, Schaefer, Edson, Garhauer and others.
Serving the requirements of the Oil and Gas industry with sheaves for onshore and offshore applications including mud pumps, progressive cavity pumps, blowers, charging pumps, pump jacks, hydraulic fracturing and more. In oilfield usage pulleys are hung from the derrick for running wireline tools into the wellbore.
