OMG!!! I was suppose to get my supplies the 1st week of January and now your telling me the same thing that everyone keeps telling from J&B. How freaking long does this take because there is no cure for Type-1 diabetes and I am running out of my BACKUP supplies. Some one call me and talk to me face to face. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY SUPPLIES????????????????? Very disappointed. Plus your responding to a message that I sent 12 days ago in the J&B portal. I have never given you guys a bad performance before but now I don't know what to do. The J&B portal isn't very useful if no one at J&B answers

Every time I call I get a message that the hold time is greater than 60 minutes!!! Sometime around 30 to 40 minutes in it hangs up on me. 3 days ago I left a call back number that said I would be called back at my turn in line…. I didn’t get a call back yet!! 3 day! Then out of no where they leave a message saying my Perscription has to be resubmitted and gave me a number to call. I call that number, it told me wait time more that 60 minutes. So I called insurance co. They said no problem with Perscription and all was approved. They had no idea what JandB was talking about. Dr didn’t either

I have been trying to get a CGM since the summer of 21... between my Endo and J and B I gave up. I am trying again through my PCP who sent the script in over a week ago, and I am on my 3rd call already. I have been a diabetic for 25 years.... That's 25 years of poking my fingers 4-6 times a day. I work in the healthcare field so I understand the staff shortages, but the amount of time it takes to get the supplies people need for life saving care is uncalled for, especially when some insurances will ONLY cover them through your company. This is my third time contacting J&B customer service regarding my order. I have been out of supplies for over a week and the last time I called the woman on the phone said they were processing my order that day. I called back today and the woman said they never processed it to be shipped. They also switched my supplies from shipping 3months worth at a time to 1 months worth of supplies at a time with out my permission. Every month I run out of supplies and have to call in my order instead of getting confirmation texts like I used to. I used to love this company but now I find myself on the phone

After 100 days of multiple phone calls and scripts from his doctor, my special needs brother was told a shipment is on the way. I have had all of the issues that everyone else is complaining about, and then some. Totally unacceptable for a business to operate this way, especially when many people can't use another company because of their insurance. Medicaid needs to end their contract. Just curious.....has anyone received a response from the "owner" or anyone else from this place after leaving a review?

Update: I have no idea how this place is still in buisness. I even filled a complaint with my insurance provider who had me go through them. We are figuring something else out to get my supplies. I fought so hard to get my 1st shipment and my address fixed. They messed up the 2nd shipment sending it to the wrong address AGAIN!!! I have been 4 days now without testing supplies. I also had to start insulin without anyway being able to test because of thier incompetence. Please let your insurance company know! Hopefully they will get taken off the list amd shut down because they obviously don't care

This place is just the worst! I've need try to reorder my supplies for over a month . Because I switched med insurance they can't find my correct order that I have been receiving for years . My next shipment was in November and still haven't even got it straight out . They say someone is looking in to it and will call me back and never do , so I will call them back and go Thu there terrible phone system repeat my phone and DOB address over and over . To just get someone who don't even understand what's going on . If I could switch to a different company I would in a heartbeat

I have had such horrible experience with jnb. Worst place I've ever dealt with. Sure need new people in shipping department. Can't ship right items or ever on time. Last month I was basically called a liar shipping lady said they sent items but size of the box would have never fit. Out of my products today and guess they still sitting on shipping floor. Got FedEx tracking number 2 days ago but FedEx says they have not received any packages from them. Should have been shipped on the 16th. I just keep getting the run around. Next phone call going to be to insurance company to complain on Monday

J&B is horrible! Due to a change in my insurance I got stuck with this company. Cust Service is terrible...the shipping or packaging dept is terrible. Nobody ever knows what's going on regarding customers issues like everyone is on different systems. There is an issue with my daughters order every other month. I literally call this company every other month. If not monthly at times. J&B will cause you to be w/o your supplies because of issues on their part. Been dealing with poor service for nearly 4 years!

Absolutely horrid company. My doctor faxed in a script a week ago. I didn't get any confirmation from J&B until the end of the week. Then when I went to log into the patient portal, the website was down and has been for the last 3 days. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody will call you back. Absolute scam. They're the only provider covered by my insurance but have literally provided absolutely nothing. Next stop is filing a BBB complaint. I would give negative starts if I could.

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Substandard products to match the horrible service. They don't keep appointments. They keep you on hold and eventually, they usually hang up on you before you get a live person. GO WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER. Read their Google reviews also because I'm not the only one who feels this way. I finally got a call back when I was on the phone with my Dr off. J & B Medical Supply is the absolute worse medical supply company there is. The experience I've had with them is absolutely horrible. There is a valid reason that they have so many 1 star ratings, and i would urge anyone who is considering working with them to reconsider. I get my daughter's insulin pump supplies from Edgepark, and I've never had anything but great service from them. Unfortunately, they are not contracted with my insurance for her continuous glucose monitor. It took me almost a full year, with no exaggeration to finally get her CGM after repeated calls, voicemails

My doctor informed me that I needed to start testing my sugar levels from home and I would need to obtain a meter. Found our my insurance company requires that I go only through J&B medical. I have been working for almost 8 weeks to get the meter my doctor approved. I have had to wait for prior authorization from the insurance company and even after following up with J&B medical once approved still can not get any answers. I didn't think I'd have to deal with this company at all but they are the only one that takes my insurance. However, a lot of good that's doing me. First they called me after the last review I left and said they could help me after all. That was back in May. Then, they said they needed a nurses interview. That took 2 weeks and several return calls on my end. I finally got through by emailing their webmaster. And my insurance company also called them. Let's face it, no consumer would use J&B Medical Supply by choice. You go through J&B because you have no choice and you are forced by your insurance company to use a DME supplier.
I received one shipment from J&B, more than one month later than the phone reps promised. I can't think of a nice thing to say, truly. Virtually every three months for the past four years they have messed up my order and deprived me of the diabetic supplies I need to survive. Not once or twice, but almost every single time, including this week. I believe it's impossible to be an accident. It has to be their business model to put people's lives in unnecessary danger. Even under the best case scenario, where you get everything "confirmed" on time, they still mandate AT LEAST a one-week gap of not having your supplies every three months. You cannot avoid it.

My aunt was looking for some compression socks and I had heard about J&B medical through a friend. My aunt was looking for a specific product and her English isn't that good and I felt desperate to make sure she got what she needed. Chris respondek was amazing and made sure he made sure I got exactly what I needed. He followed up with me as far as sizes and styles and made sure it was ready for pick up in no time.
