Primary care is an essential part of any health care system. Primary care is the level of a health services system that provides entry into the system for all new needs and problems, provides person-focused (not disease-oriented) care over time, provides care for all but very uncommon or unusual conditions, and coordinates or integrates care, regardless of where the care is delivered and who provides it.
To provide high quality and efficient care, we encourage all patients to make an appointment. If your need is urgent, please call us and we will make every effort to get you in to see one of our skilled physicians, the same day if needed. Our Patient Care Coordinators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for scheduling.

Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. John Sassano and we are both so pleased to hear that we will be able to retain him, as our Doctor, once he returns from a short leave of absence. He is very knowledgeable and has helped us tremendously in answering our concerns yet he is very compassionate and truly wants to help his patients. It is impossible to call and talk to someone to get an appointment. First time al called I wasn on wait for close to 40 minutes. Then a machine asked my phone number so they could call me back. When they did I could pick up. So they left a voice mail to call again. I've been trying. The machine than answer in first place I can't even hear the name of the doctor I have the referral for... and again I stay on wait for several minutes with no success. I just hung up to a machine repeatedly saying "you are number, you are number..." for 15 minutes... I quit. I'll find another doctor. Thanks for nothing

Simply, the best doctor (Chang) & staff I’ve ever encountered. The thoroughness of each visit leaves no questions unanswered. The nursing & office staff are courteous, professional and friendly. I’ve seen several doctors in their practice and have received excellent care. Their focus on the health and wellness of their patient is obviously their focus. Great doctors, great nurses, great office staff, great experience since 2015.
