As far as we are concerned, there just is no other way to craft the "most excellent" sweets. Fulfilling a life-long dream, Marlene graduated "with honors" from Robert Morris College's Culinary Arts Program. It was a lot of hard work, but well worth it and overall a wonderful experience. Part of the curriculum was hosted and completed in Florence, Italy!

Every one of our delectable delights is made from scratch using the finest chocolate, real butter, eggs, fresh fruits and more. Each of our creations is custom to your unique hopes and wishes. MADE TO ORDER: Everything we make is made to order. Generally we ask for at least 1 week notice, but if you need it sooner, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help you out!

Ordered a cake, I also took in a silver glitter cake topper. I got the cake home and it had gold sprinkles all over the top(there wasn't suppose to be sprinkles!), and they put it on a gold plate. Why would you do that when I have a silver cake topper?!? I contacted them, they replied with, "I'm so sorry, I failed to write down no sprinkles." That was it! Thought maybe the taste of the cake would make up for the color and sprinkle mess up....NOPE! The bottom 2 layers of the cake were dry and seemed old, the top layer was moist and seemed fresh. The frosting was mediocre at best. Very dissatisfied

I first heard about Sweet Temptations Dessert Co. from a coworker, and since we live near the bakery, we decided to look into them for our own wedding! We arranged a tasting with Marlene (the owner and baker), who is so unbelievably sweet and accommodating, and we fell IN LOVE with her cakes! We wanted cupcakes instead of a traditional cake, and Marlene really helped bring my vision to life! We selected three flavors of cupcakes for ours guests, and had a 10" cake to cut on our own. I cannot recommend Sweet Temptations enough! We chose this bakery for our wedding cake, and it was an excellent choice. Marlene is wonderful to work with. Our tasting was easy, fun, and, of course, delicious. For the day of the wedding, I didn't have any worries as she took care of everything. It's been 1.5 months since our wedding, and we are STILL receiving compliments from our guests on how much they loved our cake. The cake flavors and fillings are all exceptionally tasty, and the frosting is out of this world! To top it off, I found the price extremely reasonable.

I ordered my wedding cake from Sweet Temptations along with an assortment of cookies, bite size brownies and bars. Everything was delicious and the cake was GONE, the only taste I got was the one I had when we cut the cake! The owner had a tasting for us and was so kind and accommodating, you can really tell she takes joy in her work and wants her customers to be happy. I thought her prices were reasonable compared to a few other options we looked at and she even threw in a few things that I'm sure we would have been charged more for elsewhere.
