I have rented twice from Grand Rentals and both times it was very easy to peruse the selection, reserve the machine I needed, and pick it up. They provided a nice little crash course on the machine and helped my wife load it onto the truck the first time she went to pick it up. Something minor went wrong with the first machine but they were able to troubleshoot over the phone as well. I will keep renting from here based on our prior experiences.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Used them for my daughters wedding this past Sunday. Had to find things kind of at the last minute because of Covid changing the plan. Jennifer was amazingly helpful as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. So friendly! She even sent a guy out to the venue to measure and look at the tent area...twice! She even put up with me changing things a few times! And they were much more reasonably priced than anyone else, so bonus there. Highly recommend! Thank you Grand True Value Rental for making a really stressful time/year a whole lot less stressful

This place is amazing! They are so knowledgeable when it comes to rentals. They helped me with a charity event for Mutual Ground. The owner makes sure he is addressing all your needs. We just used Grand Rental Station for a grad party and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! They had everything we needed tables, chairs, tents, chill table, stage, and a dunk tank. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was done so easily and all products were as expected. Delivery guys were on time and very friendly! We will use them and recommend them to everyone!

Awesome people!!!! The owners go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I needed a truck several times and Joe stayed extra hours to make sure everything went smoothly. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is professional and friendly. I happened to be at a wedding that had rented chairs for the occasion. I was there early and noticed the staff setting up the chairs very meticulously and precisely and with a smile on their faces! This is always my first stop when I need to rent anything.
