Services
Our family has been involved in funeral service since 1900 when John Dingmann began providing services in Clear Lake, Minnesota. In 1936 Francis E. Dingmann returned to follow in his father's footsteps and eventually expand to Kimball. F.E.'S son, Art, took up the torch as owner and funeral director of Dingmann Funeral Care from 1976-2014.
Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services is a full service funeral and cremation establishment. We are able to meet all your requests. We encourage you to express your expectations and preferences; we promise to listen and do everything we can to meet and exceed those expectations. No request is too large or too small.
As funeral directors, our calling imposes upon us special responsibilities to those we serve and to the public at large. An important obligation is to provide information so that everyone can make knowledgeable decisions about funeral and cremation services. We pledge to conduct ourselves at all times in a manner deserving of the public trust, and to provide a copy of this Code of Good Practice to the families we serve.
In today's mobile society it is not unusual for people to spend significant time away from their homes while vacationing, visiting relatives or attending special events. When death occurs away from home it can be a complicated and very stressful time. Prior knowledge of what to do at this time can help relieve the burden for family members responsible for making funeral arrangements.
We are committed to going the extra mile to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations. In addition to our standard services, here are some of the extra touches we provide. We provide an aftercare program. We visit every surviving spouse and requesting child or parent after a death to assist in anything we can.

Words cannot properly explain the attention, care and respect given from Brian along the entire process of making arrangements for my dad’s funeral. He made sure everything was in place and exactly how we wanted it and even helped to take photos of our family. His attire showed respect and his professional demeanor gave me comfort. The memorial service ,Brian helped to arrange and set up, exceeded my expectations and really helped me have closure for my dad’s untimely passing.

Brian Dingmann was professional, sympathetic and very knowledgeable. He even went out to the cemetery where we could plan the outdoor service and see where the marker would go. He made everything so much easier and less stressful than we ever would have anticipated! I and all my family are extremely grateful. We also received many comments from all who attended at how wonderful everything was

We were incredibly grateful to the staff of Dingman Funeral Care in Maple Lake /Annandale area. They had connected to a Funeral Care Facility in California where my son had died and worked with them on bringing him back to Minnesota. They called periodically to let us know where, how and when our son would be released from the state of California. Upon his return they took extra care in making sure everything went smoothly. During this in between time they walked us through all the procedures so we were ready for the date. The whole staff went above and beyond all expectations. All were very kind

In some of your worst days, when a loved one has died, working with Dingmann Funeral Care is a true blessing. They are on top of everything, details most of us have never considered because the process is not familiar. Loving, caring, professional and kind. No detail is too small. I felt in such good hands and was so very grateful to work with them.
