We are a local family serving local families. Mark and Greg Peterson are honored to serve the communities that they were born and raised in, Cokato and Howard Lake. Continuing the tradition of honorable and dignified funeral service established by George Peterson over 50 years ago, second and third generation funeral directors Mark and Greg look forward to serving in the community for years to come.
We at Swanson Peterson understand that grief is a complicated emotion. As we strive to provide each family with a unique life memorial we offer a variety of service options. A traditional service most often includes: a visitation or wake the evening before the funeral service while the deceased is present for the funeral service in a selected casket.

We are honored to offer a variety of cremation options from simple cremation to a funeral service followed by the cremation process. All of which will honor the life of your loved one.

I have been to many funerals and rarely I have come across someone who knows the ministry and legacy importance of how to handle the pains and the bitter sweetness of a loved one passing like these guys...thank you for your professional tenderness. The staff and Mark were perfect in a desperate time of need.
