I bought my wife’s bridal set from this place in 2015. The first couple years of service were good. They were closed during Covid . Now in nov 2021 I Bring my wife’s ring in to have it polished and have it rhodium treated and some diamonds replaced all covered under lifetime warranty before now says it is going to cost $145 . That’s coming from manager at the Hayward store Farbes is his name. He stated that I had to bring it in every three moths for that to be valid my paperwork from when I bought the set says no such thing. I asked for a corporate number he said there is no corporate number

Terrible service. Steven was very rude and practically shooed us out of the store pushing his business card towards my girlfriend and I and telling us to “come back another time”. We had been in the store for a maximum of 10 minutes, several hours before closing. Additionally, the security guard yelled at us to “buy something”. I have never been treated so poorly and with this level of unprofessionalism in a jewelry store.

Good selection of things, customer service was meh, it feels like very impersonal and like a salesy factory, they quoted me $3,000+ for a simple cathedral platinum setting with a little bit of pave diamonds. I was quoted $1,700 from another well known jewelry store in the mall. And the jewelry store across the street quoted me $2,200. This place was definitely the most expensive and just gave me weird vibes.

We went to a few stores in the mall before we stumbled on this one. Glad we did because Sean was such big help. He was professional and didn't try to up sell us. We told him the price we wanted to spend and the style and he showed us a bunch of chains that was in our range.Very reasonable price and will definitely come back.

UPDATE POST OWNER'S RESPONSE: Sounds like they're trying to justify themselves by saying my watch already had scratches..The scratches made by the technician are circled in red!!!
UPDATE: After reading some other reviews, I realized other people had similar feelings of being scammed by these people. Do yourself a favor and shop around before settling for less.

Bought a princess cut Diamond engagement ring. Went to return it 5 months later and they turned me down. They appraised it incorrectly, didn't note that it was a GIA ring.
Also had my family friend tell me the value, they told me I overpaid 3k for it. When I was told I was getting "a deal".
This place is full of crooks and are not sympathetic what so ever. Buy expensive jewelry elsewhere.

Great service from Westook and Steven, my boyfriend was initially working with the store in the oakridge mall and we were only browsing not planning to purchase anything, westook and Steven made us feel welcomed and continued to be patient as we found the best gold chain for a pendant we already had. They have a lot of options to choose from! Which is great! They quoted us 2-3weeks of arrival and it came in 2 weeks!!! Prices were reasonable. A couple reasons I only gave 4 stars is bc the sales person seemed a little impatient but he was still helpful. Also, the item wasn’t put in a box!!! Just a felt baggy that you can get from Amazon!

Sean was a huge help and made this highly stressful transaction easy. I left feeling relieved and confident I picked out the right ring. Prices were fair and all high end products. Not only was their customer service great but their price beat all the other stores I had been to! I saved at least $2,000 on my ring vs. other stores at Valley Fair Mall and Costco. I told him my budget and he worked with me to chose the best diamond band for the best price. Btw, yesterday - Feb 24 they had Up to 70% off sale and I got it. I bought the band for a very nice price!
Paul also asked the jeweler to resize the band (from 4.5 to 3.7) in 90 mins for free. He also gave me a life warranty. The band is just perfectly
